It actually helps elevate the urge to urinate. Surprised actually

Pact cuff too hard to use. Takes too much time to take it off, urinate and re/apply. Also at its tightest level I still have to use at least three pads/day. Every time I sit down I can feel it squirt.

Cuff still pinches & is uncomfortable to wear after several hours.

Customer Service was extremely helpful and empathetic. All my questions were answered during my calls completely and at times provided additional information permitting me to address new issues as I increased my activity. I now am extremely comfortable using the cuff. The cuff has been extremely helpful and I would recommend it over the “clamp”.

Build nice, the bottom rib is not wide enough. You will need to precisely position on the urethra.When you are getting up and down and moving about the rib will move off the urethra and you will leak. I bought a cheaper unit with full rib of clamp. Working fine for me. I would not buy this product or recommend it to anyone.

I liked the design and concept for ending incontinence but it didn’t perform for me. The sleeve rather than reducing irritation caused some mild pain. I could never get the device tight enough. I first tried the large and then the medium. I was then told to find the urethra and with pressure the leaking would be resolved. This never happened for me.

I bought a large version before and I found that it was too big even though I followed the instructions on measurements. I have to tighten the collar to almost 4 but still experienced leaks. So I bought the medium this time. Even the power strip is just covering the shaft I still have to tighten the collar to more than 3. And I experienced pinching. It is slightly better than the large version but still leaks especially when sitting or standing up. Maybe a small version would be better. Is it possible to exchange for a smaller version?

Seems to work except the 2 gold triangular protusions are very irritating. I cut them off and everything is much better.

The order went well, and I got my product on time.

Not sure about the longevity yet but new it works better than other devices I have tried. Clamps like Cunningham cannot be left in place for more than 1.5 hours without causing discomfort but once a person understands the Pacey Cuff it can be left on all day when I’m active and released every 1.5 - 2 hours for as long as it takes to empty the bladder.

I called and left a message with my problem two weeks ago and I have heard nothing from you, so I am going back to my Cunningham clamp. 850-685 -6485

I couldn’t use the Pacey Cuff because of some unusual circumstance and had to return it, However. they refunded my money right away. Super service!

I always get very good service. My calls were return on time and my product arrived on schedule.

I thought it would be more comfortable than the Cunningham clip I have. It is not. I want to return it. I followed directions and sent an e-mail for a return label, it was returned to me saying no longer in use. Frustrating!

I’ve been using this product for some time now. I am incontinent because of prostate surgery. I never regained my continence after surgery. I’ve used other products, but none are as effective or as comfortable as the Pacey Cuff. If you have an incontinence problem I would highly recommend it over other products.

Needed medium, ordered large, per specifications. Need time to experiment.
