When properly applied, is comfortable and works well.
If you get the pacey cuff and sleeve placed right, it is comfortable and works well. This can take some time and it is easy to get it a little off and then it can leak. I wear a pad with it. Also, when you release it to pee, you again have to make sure it is on right. I have also had to apply vaseline when some chaffing occured. I have found the Lunderg clamp more user friendly but it is not as comfortable and you don't want to wear it longer than 2 hours. Overall, I am pleased. It has given me more freedom and confidence.

LACK OF UNDERSTANDING…. I purchased the device and tried to adapt it to my personal needs. My attempt to use it was a failure which was likely due to my own lack of understanding what I was purchasing. The device did not fit well and was uncomfortable. The bottom line is at 82 years of age I don’t have the personal “equipment size” necessary to utilize the cuff and band properly.

Doesn't work for urinary urgency
Doesn't work for urinary urgency. It might stop periodic dribbling but didn't help me prolong time between urgent need to urinate every 30-60 minutes and didn't stop flow when the need came even with the straps quite tight. I will need to use and external catheter.
