The cuff is difficult to adjust to prevent leaking and pinching. If it is a fraction too loose there is no way to quickly tighten it without removing your clothes.

Worth the little adjustments
It took a little while to get used to it, but once I was, it really gave me confidence. Initially I had a few dribbles, but I finally got the right pressure.
Only one thing for you to work on. One time I took it off, and there was a gold #4 on my penis. Another time a gold dash. Need to mark the strap differently. Hahah

Do not buy the new cuff
Do not buy the new cuff. Get a razor blade and trim 0.25 cm off each side of the bottom black rubber of the old cuff, then get a small piece of polyurethane and slip it into the gap between the bottom pad and the strap that holds it down. You now have the same urethra blokker piece as the new cuff. And you would have saved the 75 bucks for the new one. What a rip off.

I’ve had the cuff about two weeks, and I can’t count on it to keep the urethra closed. Claims are made the more you use it the longer you can use it. If the cuff opens on its own, there is no trust; it’s not working.

Great product, I highly recommend.
First good thing was finding out they were based out of Vancouver. Very polite staff, I spoke with Nolen I believe who answered all my questions, very helpful.
The cuff arrived in a couple of days and works as it is supposed to. I was in the middle on sizes so got the large cuff and medium power band and they fit good. Takes a couple of days to dial in but very easy to use. I ordered another one a week later, very happy with purchase.

It works really well and is surprisingly comfortable.
It works really well and is surprisingly comfortable. I'm still working on best way to put it on to avoid more than a few drips so I still wear a small pad. I've worn it while hiking, playing golf, sitting through a three-hour play and just doing stuff around the house. It did come loose once while I was doing a chore that required bending and lifting. I found that trimming the hair around my penis improved the level of comfort. I'm looking forward to not needing pads since my testicles have gotten inflamed from urine contact with the skin.
