I have been using the pacey cuff for about a year now, and it has been working great for me but i ordered medium cuff with medium sleeve because it didn’t give me a choice, I would have preferred to order a medium cuff with a large sleeve but wasn’t given the choice.

Once I got the sizing right the fit,function,and the comfort were greatly improved. I can wear it all evening long without feeling sore when I wake up in the morning. It is miles better then the clamp style I started wearing at first.

As other reviews stated, a little tricky to get the cuff on effectively, little too tight, somewhat uncomfortable, too loose, leaks too much, but once you get it on just right, it works very well, I have incontinence from prostate surgery, this cuff has made my life so much better, so tired of being wet all the time. Would highly recommend.

The Pacey Cuff is a joke! Not only is it the most difficult and complicated nightmare to put on, it does not have enough compression to stop leaks! The structure that is suppose to put pressure on the urithuria just collapsed when the cuff was tightened.
I have tried almost every cuff and leak deterrent over the last ten years and find the Pacey Cuff to be the very worst to use and the most inefficient at stopping leaks.
I tried to contact them to return both of the units I purchased, but no one has ever returned my calls or emails! So $216 down the drain I guess. Hard to understand how the most expensive device on the market is the worst product of them all.

I chose a Pacey Cuff as a trial for a newer styled device to stop incontinence. I am a cancer survivor and have had a radical proctectomy about 11 months ago. I have been using a BARD clamp for 11 months and thought the Cuff would be an improvement in comfort. Well because of the surgery and the rehab the cuff is not working the way it should. I had to have a large sized cuff and it just doesn't do the job. I feel the concept and engineering of the cuff is good, the construction is good and the comfort strips do the job but the Cuff just isn't made for everyone or every situation. Thanks Bob G

It just didn’t seem to work. It’s possible I need a smaller size. I bought a large. But overall it didn’t stay “affixed”. Also the felt pad seemed too wide. I saw videos of a more narrow pad and that looked like a better way to go.

It works very well. I use it everyday

This product doesn't work. I bought it, I tried it, I adjusted it and then sent it back. They said F-off and returned the product back to me Do Not Buy This it and the Company are Rip Off Artists. Period.

Very difficult and time consuming to position correctly. Even when apparently positioned properly, it does not work well at all. For the near $100 price, avoid this product.
Definitely do not recommend. There are much better and less expensive alternatives; Lunderg for example

Pacey Cuff has been a game changer for me I’m a fairly active guy.I had a radical prostatectomy and after 18 months I was still leaking while I was active l went from 3/4 pads a day to 1 and feeling dry all day.Self confidence booster for sure I had one issue e-mailed the company problem solved right away

I had a prostatectomy one year ago in 2024 and it left me with severe incontinence. Constant leakage that required 10 to 15 pads a day. I was forced to use external catheters and collection bags. Quality of life was not good. I tried two different brands of penile clamps. They stopped the flow of urine but were uncomfortable and caused some swelling. I also felt that they were restricting the blood flow. I have been using the Pacey Cuff for about six months with great results. It is comfortable to wear after finding the correct adjustment. I do wear a thin pad to be safe, but have very little seepage, so only use one pad a day. The Pacey Cuff has been a real game changer for me, really improved my quality of life. One word of advice for those trying the Pacey Cuff for the first time. It takes a little bit of time to find the correct adjustment. Be patient, it is worth it.

finding the correct position is very difficult, if you pull a little harder, the blood flow is a problem or, on the contrary, you have a problem with leakage. I think it's over priced

What a difference. Going from 4 pads to one (just for safety). Took just a few days to get it just right. Just ordered a extra for backup.

I used your suggested method to measure my penis for diameter which was correct. However, measuring the length is another matter, At 91 it keeps receding like a turtle and is impossible to attach the cuff. The diameter also recedes when limp. The theory of the design is good , but in practice it does not work. I guess I am out of luck , but I had hope this would work.
