Like other reviewers I think the best delivery company I’ve used. Great choice of dates and times, communication on where driver is and friendly and polite on arrival. Can’t fault it. Yes … if only the rest where the same!

Packfleet is the best delivery company I have come across....ever! Drivers are polite, friendly, arrive on time and do not lose your parcel, deliver to the wrong address or kick it behind the hedge!!
To reserve a time slot is expensive (£4.99 - £5.99) but worth it if you cannot avoid being out at some point during the day of delivery. I booked a time slot today, for £5.99, the driver arrived 15 minutes early, so the company did not charge me!
I wish Packfleet were more widely used, as it is ethical & maintains high standards!

They sent me regular updates with emails and SMS that made my life much better. Driver was friendly too. Thank you.

A breath of fresh air in deliveries..I didn’t opt for the fastest service, there was no need for that, but the delivery messages were clear and it was fast and easy to change delivery days..the speed and clarity of response ensured that I believed it would happen...unlike some firms we all know about.

I have had perishable cheese delivered by Packfleet for well over a year and there has always been excellent communication before and during delivery and excellent careful delivery. Packfleet is far superior to all other carriers. Well done, Packfleet!
