I have had several outstanding experiences with Packfleet. They are the best courier company available in my area. The communication from the company is great, I like how you can fill in an email with your details, instructions and whether you'll be home. The couriers from Packfleet have all been on time, friendly and professional. I also appreciate that they follow the access instructions.

Delivery company kept me up to date on arrival time, and followed the instructions I had given in relation to my 'safe place'.

Advance notice of delivery date followed by delivery time slot. On the delivery day you can track the named driver. The driver gave me enough time to get to my front door and did not leave the box on my doorstep.
Every delivery from this company has been the same high standard and I feel this should be achieved by their competitors.

The delivery was timely, at the earlier part of the window which was ideal for me. The delivery guy was friendly, courteous and polite and actually handed me the parcel rather than leaving it on the floor.

My second experience of Packfleet, delivering my CheeseGeek parcel. On time, you get a one hour window and the option to specify (paid) the night before. Then an alert when the driver is close. Unlike many others, actually rang the doorbell and waited for me to come to the door.

Like a lot of other people, I’ve had plenty of negative experiences with other delivery companies. Packfleet were a breath of fresh air - communicative, punctual, friendly and professional. Great service and I would thoroughly recommend.

Good delivery company, they give you a one hour slot and keep you informed of any delays. I use it for food deliveries so it's important that they deliver on the day it's expected and to my doorstep. Would recommend.
