I got my Pamu Slide and have been using it for over 10 months, they sound great and very comfortable. Compare to my airpods, I even like Pamu slide even better because of those reasons. I ran into a small issue, and contracted the customer service team. Sophia was helping taking care of my case and made my life super easy. I have dealt with many after sale services, I must say that Padmate’s customer service and warranty is one of the best in the business. I’m super happy and pleased with it.

The product itself is not too bad, just pairing difficulties that are worsening the overall experience.
However the company has the most horrible customer support and also making claims in the advertising that they can't live up to.
I ordered a Pamu Slide Mini after seeing in their website that the delivery to Germany will in max. 7days. 4 weeks later not having received a product I contacted their support. After 2-3 days they came back to me (very short, horrible english) claiming that I provided an incorrect destination address. I double checked and since they took my address from PayPal it was absolutely correct.
A few weeks later I received the product but I told them that I don't need it anymore since I bought Earbuds from another company. They denied the option to return the product to them even if it was still in the original packing or asked me to send it as an insured package back to China...
There are so many good earphones out there and I strongly recommend to spend a few more $ and get some from a decent company.

Been struggling to get decent earbuds that were bluetooth and cost-effective. I believe I've never felt more comfortable with a pair of earbuds as I am with these.
Had them for more than a year now. Went through thick and thin and they always delivered. They also suffered a couple of hits falling (only once from my ear on their own, for the rest my mistakes) and they still perform beautifully. If they stopped working tomorrow, they would still have been worth it.

I just miss the fact I can't use them for intense sport activity as they're not suitable for it, but perfect for everything else, including jogging and light gym.

I have been using my Pamu slides now for 2 months and they have been absolutely awesome, will definitely be getting a new pair when I upgrade.
100% satisfied with their product, exceeded my expectations.

Friends, Please save your money and don't buy these products. Before placing your order make sure you pay VERY close attention to their Return & Exchange policy, along with the supposed 12-month warranty. There is a clause in there that makes it where if your ears are slightly different than the norm, you are completely out of your money, period.

I recently bought Pamu, after watching their online add - "The Never Fall Out Earphones" and unfortunately it did not fit my ears correctly and the sound quality wasn't great either. On top of all of this they are extremely sensitive to the one touch, so it makes music playing inconsistent if your shoulders touch anywhere near them, or your hand. I really just wanted a pair of Bluetooth earphones for working out in the gym. With newer cell phones not having the plug-in port people have no choice but to do pure Bluetooth. Upon notifying the company about how I was dissatisfied with my purchase with the sound quality and how they do not stay in my ears at all, I then got insulted by customer service saying, "I have weird ears, and to try a COMPLETEY different brands product, though they would not accept any form of a return nor my money back just because I had placed them in my ear for all of maybe 1minute.

Save yourself time, money and insults and buy from a different company!

At first I didn't get the product for one month and I was mad about it. DPD lost the package and there was a communication-problem between the german delivery-service DPD and Padmate.

But in the end they showed themselves understandable for the situation and were accommodating. They send me another product and took the loss.
I'm grateful for that.

Best earbuds i’ve ever had!
I recommend for you all.

I ordered two pairs of the Mini Slide earbuds and they arrived within a week. Both pairs connected quickly to both my iPhone and Mac. The quality of the sound is excellent for the price point and the fit is comfortable. They have done a lot of things very well. On the second day both pairs experienced connectivity problems in the left earbud. I read everything on their site to troubleshoot the issue. Also researched articles on Reddit as there seems to be a lingering software issue concerning this problem. I spent over four hours trying to resolve it and then emailed them through their Customer Support page. I have emailed two additional times with no answer whatsoever. They did not answer my credit card company either so I got my money back. It's a shame because I wanted to love these things. But any new product that requires more than four hours of troubleshooting isn't worth it at any price. They receive a lot of good reviews from folks who have working units. I wish I were one of those people.

The Pamu Slide mini are absolutely crap. The quality was bad and they did not work with my mac. The first time I connect it both headphones work but after that the right one never works. I informed them of this issue and they asked me to buy a new $2000 laptop just to make them work or reset the headphones every single time I want to use them. I contacted them again and they claim that my mac is the problem, when every single other Bluetooth headphone works with it and asked me to send them videos of the problem. I sent them a bunch of videos but their customer support team are useless. They have no idea what is going on refuse to give me a refund. I have asked time and time again but they refuse and dodge the question. This is a crap product, do not buy unless you want to waste your money.

Got my pamu slide plus few weeks ago. everything is good. The sound is very clear, bass is good.

I Have been using pamu slide mini for several months. It works great until today. Sound quality and battery are amazing. now I'm looking forward to the new one PAMU QUIET!

I'm, falling in love with this earphone, the battery life is so long, it's the biggest battery I've seen in an earbud, the connection is so fast...
The sound quality it's amazing, I can fell a good bass, perfect for me!
The only thing that made me sad was the lack of wireless charging, but some months after, the Pamu Slide Mini bring it to us... thanks so much Padmate.

Horrible company, avoid at all costs! I own a pair of Pamu slide, they were dead on arrival. Despite contacting support several times, it's impossible to get a refund or a replacement. Stay away from them!

Beginning of last year I saw some add on FB about Pamu Slide and was looking for some nice good and affordable earbud so I decided to go head order one from indigogo took awhile but I got it , oh boy what a nice pair of earbud , the sound is great specially the battery is awesome last all day,fit my small ears just right,all my friends love it and I told them to get some cause you know them iPod so expensive, I end up owned 2more pairs of Pamu mini and man use them everyday, one at my work ,one in my car and one at my dear next to my bed, connect without any problems, I am so glad I bought them , what a great product with a better price guys, Thanks Pamu keep up the good works , I will definitely buy more new style in the future

The PaMu Slide Mini Active Noise Cancellation feature is absolutely unbelievable!

I recorded a voice message to my iphone with strong wind in the back ground, and when I compare with another recording using PaMu Slide Mini earphones, WoW! The background noise just totally disappear😱😱

At the price for what I get... it’s simply worth it 👍

bought Pamu slide mini at a promotional price of 49 dollars, my friend spent 58. I received it in less than two weeks. For overseas shopping, it’s okay.
The appearance is pretty good, it’s small, which is what I like, Pamu slide is too big. The sound quality is okay, very clear, and the bass is good. When making a call, the other party can hear clearly even on the street.
The battery life is great, it can indeed play for 10 hours. Unfortunately, it does not have a multi-point connection function, but the price is worth it.
