The online booking service was easy & convenient to use. The haulier arrived when expected & delivered to our customer as booked. The tracking system was accurate. We are happy to use again.

Pallet collection was cancelled 2 days in a row without telling me, I phoned up asking when it was being collected and told it would be the next day. Pallet eventually arrive at its delivery address 4 days late. Not easy to deal with on the phone and not helpful.

Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. My pallet collection was cancelled and I wasn’t told until 4:30pm after I had contacted them to ask for update! I was told it would be collected the next day and when I explained that I was unhappy I was told “We have already upgraded your delivery service to a premium so the delivery date isn’t effected” that’s not an upgrade that’s just providing the delivery that I was originally promised and paid for. Pallet was collected the next day but late, when I contacted customer service to see when it was being collected I’ve been completely ignored. Don’t use this company they are very unprofessional and have no customer service skills

Had to change collection and delivery to a day later. I did this over the phone but despite promising to send paperwork, they never did. That being said the physical moving of the pallet was done exactly when they said and item was not damaged.

AVOID JIST A BROKER, this is a single person taking your order then placing it with the courier. You can go direct and book with Palletways.co.uk or Pallex.

Terrible service. We send and recieve multiple pallets per week. Gave this company a chance and they failed.

Booked a collection and delivery. Told them it has to be on a set day at a set time so he charged me extra for timed collection.

On the day I messaged asking if he they had collected, told me he will contact the courier I didn’t hear back, so I contacted the collection people who told me no one bothered to turn up.

Went back to him and he just went silent. No response to any messages.

Just avoid you can book directly with a company called Palletways who are cheaper and are the ACTUAL courier company.

The have been always amazing and accurate to their time slot and always have answered every call of mine with a great response every time if i had any issue or had to change anything about my delivery the are trustworthy and great as compared to others.
