AVOID AVOID Waited in all day, they do not answer phone or respond to email. Had to pay another firm to do the job. Doubt they will refund without recourse to small claims court.

Next day you asked us to cancel the job, and our team initiated the refund the same day, which usually takes 5-7 working days to reflect in your account. We're taking steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future, including more rigorous vehicle maintenance checks. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We're happy to help in any way we can. We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future."

AVOID!!! took my pallet of goods.. totally smashed them to bits ..completely wrecked..they clearly have no respect for the items they are dealing with... then wanted 10 weeks to 'gather evidence' disgraceful.. why dont you take a look at the goods youve smashed ! totally unreliable, they had no idea who i was when i called... claimed my emails never arrived, just a total shambles me and my customer are disgusted!!! i advise anyone shipping a pallet to avoid these at all costs.
UPDATE. Sometime later! Still no sign of any refund, lot of talk ...no action!
Please once again, anyone reading this ..don't make the mistake I did and hand over money to these people I

Absolutely rubbish- website says there will be updates online on status of pallet- absolute lie, had to call twice to just make sure pallet had indeed been delivered, next time l will rather pay the few pounds l had saved to the main stream companies who guarantees one piece of mind.

We want to clarify that we diligently provided a pallet and wrap service as per your request. Unfortunately, our team is unable to move pallets that are not wrapped or secured. Regarding the vehicle size, we did send a smaller vehicle; however, the weight of the pallet was too heavy for it. As a precaution, one of our team members suggested reducing the weight to ensure safe lifting.
We're pleased to inform you that we completed the collection the following day, and as part of our economy service, we aim to deliver within two working days.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter and value your business.

I cannot think of any aspect of your service which was not superlative.If I have any criticism it is that as new users of your service we had little knowledge of your
procedures. However as the transport order progresses we quickly learned how to use the service which was easy and very efficient. The pick up driver was very skilled and new his business. He was also pleasant to work with to get the Job done. All in all the service was
