I have purchased Titan products before and have always well pleased with them. When I decided to buy pallet forks for my John Deere loader I automatically went to Titan. Ordering was easy. One part was backordered but still came way before estimated delivery date. Quality products at affordable prices. I highly recommend Titan attachments for your tractor. No need to pay dealership prices, with Titan. I will do business with them again.

This is my second purchase from Titan. They ship fast and my only issue with shipping has been problems with FedEx and not Titan. The pallet forks have been a great addition since I’m moving my shop. They seem to be great quality and i would recommend to anyone.

I have purchase five skid steer attachments from PalletForks.com over the last three years at a cost of about $7000. The non-hydraulic products are relatively sound as long as they are only used for light duty regularly and/or heavy duty very occasionally. Any hydraulic attachments are likely destined to fail just outside of any basic warranty period. Certainly NOT for professional reliability standards. If customer service ever needs to be accessed, brace for frustration.

Two support cases involved attachments that had hydraulic connections to my skid steer. The first was due to the cables being damaged when pinched by my machine. The instructions stated nothing about this possibility and to “just hook up and go to work”. It took a little persistence, but I finally got them to send new lines. However, they would not offer any reimbursement for the labor to change them out. The second case was just recently and rather shocking in this age of corporate liability. A skid steer front hoe attachment was sold without any operations manual included or even available upon request. The only reference was a parts diagram that stated on the very first page, "Read the Operator’s Manual entirely. When you see this symbol, the subsequent instructions and warnings are serious. Follow without exception. Your life and the lives of others depend on it!”. Repeated correspondence on this matter eventually ended up with the sound of crickets and my case was incorrectly labeled as solved. For the average customer, this is a huge red flag (and a great source of research for any legal case against this company).

As for me, I am mechanically inclined enough to make repairs or otherwise have the resources to correct any product failures. This was a gamble that I was willing to take for the economical pricing of their product line, but no longer. The issue with not having an operations manual available to customers is an interoffice goof at least and a critical lack of legal/ethical accountability at worst. It generally screams that PalletForks.com is grossly operating contrary to it's fluffy customer service commitment in their corporate pledge.

Buyer beware. You get what you pay for.

Great heavy made 3 point attachment. Easy to install and makes life on the ranch so much easier. Recieved it in 2 days.

The forks that I purchased are heavy and seem to be very well built. Unfortunately they had to be modified to fit my sub compact tractor.

Palletforks, Titan Ballast box, is the heaviest box for a cat 1 that I found. It was well built and being so heavy, I could meet my goal weight and have room to store items I wanted to carry.
I felt it was a great deal for me.

Bought some basic forks for a 26HP Mahindra 1526 tractor, process was very easy, and forks came on time.

My quick connect didn't quite line up with the 'universal slots' in the forks, but a few mins and an angle grinder & hand-metal file later, i widened it out about .5 in. I put several hours of use on them- they're performing exactly as intended.

My tractor can't out-lift the rating of the forks, so I'd imagine this is a 1 and done purchase. I'd have given a 5-star all day if i didn't have to do a little grinding- but I also understand if you want "cost-effective", there's a good possibility for some variance. Overall, i'm totally satisfied with them.

I bought Titan Standard Series pallet forks in John Deere green powder coat with 36 inch black tines back in December 2022 in the John Deere green color. Just a few months later the color has faded to a blueish green, not even close to the color of the John Deere 1025R tractor I attach them to. The forks have only been used for two hours or less. The black color on the forks is still black and does not show any signs of wear.

I reached out to customer service and was told that the product management team and engineering team have classified the issue as wear and tear, which unfortunately is not covered under our warranty. Therefore, we apologize as we cannot accommodate your warranty claim.

This is not a wear and tear problem this is a manufacturing problem with the paint that is applied.

The paint shouldn’t fade in a few months. If I knew the paint was going to fade that fast, I would have done one of two things, bought the forks in black or purchased from a different manufacturer.

The pallet forks themselves are still black, that is where you would see wear and tear the most, since that is where any load would be placed, yet they are still black. The frame is John Deere green and mostly only hold the forks and attach to the frame. There is little to no sign of wear, since I have only used them a few hours at most. Most of the time, there are sitting on wood next to the Frontier Mechanical Grapple which is still John Deere green with many more hours of usage.

I can agree that if there was scraped paint on the forks or at the attachment points that would be wear and tear, but for the whole frame to fade at once that is manufacturing defect in materials and workmanship.

Bought the Flail Mower. It broke on second use, less than 2 hours on it mowing grass. Filed warranty claim. They suggested I take it somewhere and get repair estimate. Did that, not worth repairing. Have been put off for 10 weeks so far. Sent photos, video of warped tube caused by defective hammers. Company is slow to respond to any emails and has not responded to me in over 3 weeks now. You have to do all of your contact with them thru email, no one will take your call unless you are ordering something. I truthfully cannot see how a company can treat customers like this and have a decent rating.

Well made and extremely cost effective. After the last big storm came through the ranch the number of trees downed was disheartening. I ordered the HD Root Grappler right away and received it in seven days. Relative to a bucket on my John Deere, the grappler took twice the load and half the trips, and all from the comfort of my cab without a second person loading. Saved enough in fuel, man-hours, and back pain to pay for the unit. I LOVE IT!

The grapple came by truck with no damage. They packed it on a wood pallet with a metal cage. The metal angle iron cage was missing bolts so it really was not helping. But the truck driver was a big help with unloading. For those who own a JD4720 you need to buy a pair of 12’ hydraulic hoses with rear male 90 degree quick connects. And two female quick connects for the front. And added $300 expense so you can power the grapple.
