I chose to use palletforks.com because of their wide choice of products at a fair price. The shipping was fast. When the product arrived I was impressed by the quality. I would not be afraid to use this company again.

Good solid built finish mower! Only issue I had was the grease fitting on the the main pulley (center) came off after the first use of the finish mower. Thankfully, I was able to notice it as I was giving the pulleys a few pumps of grease after the first use. It also came scratched up pretty good as it had shifted around in the steel cage and pallet it was shipped in. Other than that, it is very nice!

As always in the past you delivered honest pricing and speedy service. The last part that I ordered actually got labeled and shipped the same day.

We most recently ordered a man basket for our shop forklift. After years of using tall frame ladders to change bulbs and clean gutters, we realized a man basket on a lift would be a lot safer.

We looked into the OSHA requirements for baskets. Then we looked online for products. Most of the inexpensive baskets lacked essential safety features. We've been happy with previous orders from Titan and we looked there to find a basket with all the safety features we wanted, and still a reasonable price compared to similar competitors.

The unit we got has safety harness rings installed. The door swings in and has a safety spring and latch. There is a 6 foot high mesh screen on the back to protect riders from the fork lift machinery. The using is well finished and includes pins to lock it to the rear of the forks so it can't slide off if the bucket were to be tilted forward. These are all essential safety features but many inexpensive baskets lack them.

As always, our order was processed smoothly and arrived in a few days. Assembly was easy, and the staff is very happy with it.

The shipping was extremely fast. When I purchased the forks it said that my desired tine lengths were on back order. I figured no big deal as I wasn't in a huge rush. Two days later I had my fork frame sitting in my driveway and two days after that the fork tines showed up. The attachment itself works awesome, they appear to be heavy duty and I like that they implemented the two inch receiver. That may come in handy. The tines are very thick and the frame seems great for what they are. I use them to carry IBC totes around that I can fit a facecord of wood in and they work fantastic for that. I am happy with my purchase and the three point forks are a great way to own a set of forks for moving pallets and containers without having to covert your old loader to the quick attach style.

Everything was well packaged to protect the implements. Arrived quickly. Two thumbs up.

Had minor issue with shipping container, and delivery company, discussed with Titan and Titan made it right. Will be a repeat customer!

The product came in (2) shipments and they left the main fork carriage behind my wife’s car and she almost rant it over. I also cannot get the carriage to line up on my JD tractor. It should havre been a quick attach and it was not. I may have to modify or try and sent it back which will be a big pain to do with this heavy of a part. Not very happy with the weld quality of this product also.

While the product is made of quality, I had to do some retrofitting (cutting) to adapt to my 3 point hitch for the
hitch/tow bar to be fully horizontal

I had previously ordered a mast with headache rack for my 300E John Deere loader. I mistaken thought that the Cat 2 JD forks for the rack would fit the newer 4000 lb rated mast. (Great Mast). After the Fedex driver left I tried to install the old forks. Panic set in when they did not fit the new mast. I immediately got on the phone with titan to check into how to order forks only, to fit the new mast. I needed to use it soon and I needed them ASAP. The order representative immediately got the part number, I placed the order, with FREE SHIPPING and I received the new forks in afew days. Titan responded like a PRO.
I am very pleased with both purchases and pricing. Highly recommend.

I ordered my pallet fork attachment on 3/11/23. As of right now, I have been pushed back three times to 4/10/23. A partial shipment came earlier than expected. Although that sounds good, I still needed to get labor to move a heavy shipment. I never received a phone call or email with update information. I called today, just to be told once again it was being delayed. How can you have a sale on equipment that you don't even have in stock? I knew when ordering that they website said it was on back order and that the date given could change, but three times. This has definitely been a strikeout. This was my first time ordering from this company and my last. They were more eager to "abort" my order rather than stick to the date promised on the second time delayed. I will give until 4/10/23 and will update my review accordingly. Sad that it's going to take over a month to receive an item that they were having a sale on that should have been on hand.

Ordered a 2 1/2 inch with 8 inch drop hitch. Ordering was easy. Shipped and received in a very quick time. Appears to be well built. Haven’t had the chance for a heavy load tow, but medium load tow was no problem. I feel that it was a very good purchase and more than reasonably priced. Would recommend.

My 3 point hitch arrived quickly and works perfectly ! Super time saver for me.

Did not stand behind their product. I was excited about the subsoiler with pipelayer. The attachment was a real disappointment. I should have read the other reviews. It won't reach anywhere near 22". It digs at about 12". I even dug a hole to 22" and started it there and it rode back up to 12". I think the pipe layer seems a little too large for the subsoiler causing it to ride up. I tried to file a warranty claim as they suggested in another review and they denied it. Not sure what I am going to do with this now. Very disappointed.

I have bought two attachements from Palletforks and both products have been good. The delivery is good and price competitive and product quality is good.

This could be a very nice attachment. The Grey part was all scratched up, not a big deal to me because I use my equipment. The thing I was unhappy about was the the forks bent the top part of the slid. I don't believe I put to much weight on the forks. The price was right and I bent the piece back in place and added some extra welds. They seem to be holding up just fine now. I WOULD BUY THESE AGAIN!
