Was super excited to receive the ballast box for my 1025R tractor. Received it quickly, but it was trashed, looked like they dropped it off a forklift and then dragged it around the parking lot. I needed the ballast box for my current job so I asked for a credit instead of a replacement, also feared the next one would like the same. I will have to bend the unit back into place correctly and repaint it. They offered me a 5% credit!!, ($20). this unit cost me $400 plus shipping, they would have paid more for the call tag and shipping me a new one. I politely denied that offer and asked for $100 credit, which is more than fair considering the condition of the unit, they have yet to respond or send my call tag, very disappointed. I have to buy a lot of attachments for my tractor and will not be using them again.

Just a quick review on the skeleton/rock bucket we just purchased. We finally had an opportunity to use it and we are very pleased! As you know, rocks are not very forgiving on equipment, and we have some big ones in the field we are clearing. We used the bucket two days, about 16 total hours working in the dirt/rocks. The paint was hardly scratched! Tough built unit! Good craftsmanship and design. Would definitely recommend!

Bought a post/ tree puller for a loader , item came well packed no damage, looks well build , works fantastic on my tractor the only gripe I have I wish they would ask me what quick couplers I want on the machine as they came with flat skid steer type and I’m using on the farm tractor otherwise good experience

I was a little unsure about purchasing the loader forks. I didn’t think they would stay straight on my loader but gave them a try anyway. I now say they are great. They were easy to install (less than 5 minutes) I use them to clean up a down tree and the move hay. I even picked up farm implements to move it to mow. I can only say they are amazing.

I purchased a thumb for my excavator and it is everything they said it was and I received it within a couple days and it was easy to install and works great , I will definitely deal with them again

Ordered a 72 Finish Mower (Scratch and Dent) - Final Sale. Webpage said 1 yr warranty, but when it arrived after 12 days (SAIA seemed to have mysteriously lost it for several of those days), the gearbox shaft would not turn freely and made a horrible grinding sound when PTO power applied. Yes, I made sure it had oil in it. I thought this mower was new, but it had grass clippings caked to the underside of the deck from previous use. I even found the shipping label still attached where they had sent it to the previous owner, who somehow managed to get it returned and passed on to me. Customer service said its all on me and basically took no responsibility. I am disputing the charge with my credit card issuer and if that fails will open a PayPal dispute as well. Sad that they did things this way - I purchased pallet forks from them in the past and had no trouble, but after this - no more business from me!

Very pleased with the pallet forks. I have used them to move brush as well as 10' longs with a diameter of 18" with no issues. Although the forks are rated for 1,500 lbs. my tractor can only lift half that. But they are very soundly constructed and I feel confident they can handle any weight up to the max. rating.

When they came back in stock ordered on Monday and we’re here on Thursday. Quick shipping and mower back to new. They come in a pack of 5 so pay attention to what you order. Had 7 broke and ordered 10 thinking I would have 3 spare but now have 43 spares.

Everything came quickly, exactly what I ordered & off loaded in a out of the way place. Great Job

Nice quality, pins are super weak, and bend after a little bit of use. With the pressure that is on it when you flip the lever it shouldn't start bending from the get go.

The degree root rake works awesome only problem are the two uprights that hold it up we’re not on tractor broke off because of the design of being mounted to the outside above the top of the rake and when I got into the brush it snapped them both off they should be mounted inside behind the rake so it doesn’t get caught in the debris. It would be nice if they could send me to new uprights. Tony

JUNE 1 2022 Placed an order MAY 13 2022 - was supposed to be sales tax exempt - sent certificate which was approved. PalletForks stated I had to pay the sales tax and they would refund it in 2-3 days. The refund was not received - I called on MAY 31 2 weeks - and could not get an answer from the company. Was supposed to get a call back this morning - NO CALL. Bought from this company for a 5% discount but that was a MISTAKE!! Sales tax is more that the discount!
Be very careful.
