The product was very well made. My only complaint was the English hydraulic fittings. They are worse than metric if you need to find one. This was a grabber.

Placed order for a forklift attachment kit, with Titan, on 02/23/22. Forks arrived on the 29th and the frame arrived on the 30th. Everything came in in very good shape, few scratches nothing serious. Fits very well on my tractor, JD3025E.

I ordered 'IN STOCK' item because I need these for my business. STILL no show 4 weeks and no shipment notification. Palletforks.com please send my order asap and discount! so I can revise this review.

I ordered a 6' pine straw rake at the beginning of June. Somehow I inadvertently ordered 2. I finally got a notice that one of them was damaged in transit and was being returned. I spoke to customer service and was pleasantly assisted by a sales rep who showed told me how to view the manual. He said it looked like I would need 36 tines and they came four to a set, so he would send me nine sets. I waited, and waited. Imagine my excitement when they finally arrived! When they arrived I was puzzled. So I referred to service manual and found that 4 corner tines were needed, 2 tines per corner. I now had enough corner tines for 9 rakes, but none of the middle tines. Naturally I was on the phone again. They assured me that I would have the tines in 5-7 business days. So I waited. And waited. And waited. The package finally arrived after 6 weeks. Excited at first I realized the package appeared to contain only two tines. Imagine how I felt after battling to get through and inch of plastic to get to the contents. Then imagine how I felt when I saw that there was only ONE!! At this rate it would take more than 4 years to finally get the parts. WOW!! I called the company again, and this time the sales rep assured me that all 36 were sent (my guess is the person in shipping can't count past one!!) even though I assured him that the packaging around the one tine was completely intact, without the tiniest sign of any damage. The rep assured me I would receive 35 tines in 5-7 business days (yeah, right!!). I told him he had better send another 36. It appears people in shipping don't know how to count.

Ordered and received an $1800 flail mower that was rattling and defective. When I tried to get it replaced or refunded, I encountered major resistance. They did offer to let me repair it myself.... does not instill confidence. Clearing 10 acres, I will be buying tens of thousands of dollars in equipment. This company screwed up real bad. My only other option was to dispute it with my credit card company, which in 20+ years I have never had to do. I will never buy from this company again. Cheap chinese crap

Titan products appear to be well built so far, shipping just plain sux, they used UPS for first item, and FedEx for second, which still hasn’t arrived. Don’t change plans to accommodate delivery, it won’t be there on stated delivery date, but days and days later

Purchased a ditch bank flail mower at the end of March and received early April. Packaging, shipping, and assembly all went without a hitch. First use of the mower was great. During the second use one of the hydraulic lines burst, and this is where the problems began.

Emailed warranty claim on 5/1/21 and didn't receive a response until 5/14/21. On 5/17/21 the shipped out what was supposed to be the correct part. Received part on 5/20/21 and it turns out it was the wrong part. Emailed back to the existing email which in turn opened a new warranty ticket anyway on 5/24/21. Didn't hear back till 6/8/21 where they said it looks like the shipped the wrong part and would try again.

Reached out a couple times to find the status and was just told it was ordered.

Finally called the number on the order form for the part, which connected to what appears to be an offshore call center, and was told it was backordered with no ETA on when they would get it. When I pushed the issue they said I could source the part myself and they would reimburse me for it. However they cannot give me the specs on the hose and what fittings it needs to have on each end.

I ordered 2 large products. A stump bucket and a ballast box. After a month of waiting, I have the stump bucket but don't have the ballast box. They need to tell you upfront that they need to manufacture or it's not going to ship in a reasonable amount of time. Also, the stump bucket came to me with a bunch of scratches. I know I shouldn't care but if you buy something for 800+ I want to be the one that scratches it up!! I would say don't waste your time with this company.

Purchased super grapple for skid steer, Bobcat T590,
Will not function without replacement of the flat face hydraulic connector with right angle couplers and the odd hose end connectors.
They also over charge tax at 8%, mine should have been 3.5%.
They refuse to correct both problems.

Ordered forks on 8/05, was notified that it had shipped out on 8/06...It's 8/20 and I still don't have it! The UPS tracking info shows that the label was created, but they never received the package for shipping. I called customer service and she blamed it on UPS and told me that I would have to do a replacement order. I asked when I could expect my order to be delivered and the response that I got was that she wasn't really sure because the warehouse is 3-5 days behind...(never-mind that I placed my order on 8/06) So, after I heard that I told her to cancel my order because this is ridiculous. With the lack of customer service and no one even noticing that my 100+ pound package never shipped I'm not even sure if this is a legit website.
Look at the BBB website before you consider ordering anything from this website! There are lots of poor customer service complaints...

Bought a disk harrow from them and half of it was built and no extra parts. I have half of a disk harrow built, what I'm I supposed to do with this??? Called and the lady was nice enough showed her pictures and told her that if it was half built AND they gave us the rest of the parts, we would have been ok with it, but no parts. So she orders the rest of them, so I thought. All the nuts I could want but no bolts. How I'm I supposed to built it with NO bolts. Call up customer service, again. The lady had an attuted this time, so she connects me with the parts people and he was nice, but he says they don't have any bolts and I would have to go get them myself. He did say that they had the upper and lower hub cap and he would try to ship those here. Im not holding my breath. If I had to do it all over again I would not buy anything ever.

Ordered a back blade that came missing the threaded pins. I have called 4 times over the last 2 months and still do not have the pins. The answer I get is "they are on order. Sorry, there is nothing we can do". I can order a new blade that has the pins, but they won't remove the pins and send them for a customer that paid $900 2 months ago.

And now, to top it off, I left a review on the PalletForks website, and imagine.... it did not get posted.

Ordered a 1 Ton Gantry. The gantry arrived in about a week, but it was missing four critical components. I called them and they said they would make it right. Today I received one of the four missing components. Not sure what to do next, maybe I will plant this thing and put flowers on it cause without the missing components, this thing is a useless chunk of steel!

I ordered a tooth bar for my tractor. When I got the 100 lb toothbar, It was missing half the hardware to install and had multiple manufacturing defects causing bends in half inch harden steel.

I was asked to get a quote for what it would take for a Metal Fabricator to correct their defects. After lugging this thing to 4 different metal fabricators, I finally found one that would give me a quote. They only offered to pay 20% of the cost to correct their defects.

In the end, the best I could get was to get them to take it back and get a refund. All my hours and gas wasted dealing with a very poor retailer.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!
