Great experience getting our hot tub serviced. The 1 chaps did a great job in the pouring rain.

What a company to deal with, after purchasing our hot tub last year during major house renovations its been nearly a year before we've had room to set it up, Palm Spa's have been there constantly to help and give advice on the correct set up, one word to describe their customer service.....amazing!! Thnkyou guys

Quick to sell to you but after care service is shocking. From the date of delivery, we had an issue getting the front panel back on after my electrician had been. Jamie was patronising and rude. Pretty much made out I was being thick not knowing ‘how to put it back’ after telling me he couldn’t get anyone out to me for a few weeks, I eventually got him to agree to send someone that week. Lo and behold, the panel had swollen during delivery so they had to return another day to shave some wood from it. Not a great start. Roll on to when I purchased an air source heat pump from them at a cost of £2k. Since owning it from April 2024, I’ve had constant issues with the water flow and the fan not kicking in and heating the hot tub. Started having issues after just 4 months. After 6 months of this, they did come out and swap the water flow sensor. But the pump has been a nightmare intermittently since e ownership. I have many videos, photos and messages sent via Palm Spas messenger and wassap from Nov 2024 to June 2025 until they blocked me and refused to answer my call or respond to voice messages. The pump now has had a water flow issue permanently for a number of months and I’ve not been able to use my hot tub. I’ve eventually managed to find a company who knows about these particular heat pumps to come and take a look. Turns out the heat pump is fine - it’s the way Palm Spas has plumbed it in that is incorrect and what has been causing me months and months of issues. This other company now need to come back and re-install the pump and properly this time. I also discovered that due to this issue, when it has been working, it’s not as efficient as it should have been either. All to do with the water pressure through the heat pump not working properly due to poor installation. Going to cost £350 to put right. Will be asking for a report from them - But the worst thing is how Jamie and Gareth, the owners treat their customers after they’ve taken your money. Both Jamie and Gareth (brothers) are nothing more than jumped up cowboy salesmen. Totally unprofessional, zero after sales customer service and have a total disregard for consumer laws - DO NOT TRUST!!
Update. My hot tub was heating up 2-2.5 degrees an hour. Today the other company has re-installed. Its heating up 5 degrees an hour so Palm Spas has also cost me dearly in everyday utility running costs the last 2 years

I had a fantastic service from Palm Spas - having bought one during lockdown I have just had it repaired and serviced. Communication was great outside of work hours and the mechanic that arrived was friendly and very competent. Highly recommended.

Great service first of all , had a balboa hot tube in 2019 but 7 birth , got shut to expensive to run for only one person using regular, got a small tube off these guys, amazing ! Just does the same as old tube but more energy efficient, plus smaller just 4 birth x demo , can’t ask for more for price , thank you for your advice and service,

I bought a Ex demo Chill Tubs Original from Gareth and the team. Gareth’s friendly and helpful communication during the buying process was fantastic and he even delivered and installed it. What impressed me more though, was his support when there were technical issues, requiring manufacturer support. Gareth coordinated the whole maintenance process and within a week it was back up and running. Thank you guys!

Hot tub is fine no issues.

Now lets talk about delivery. The spa turned up on the back of a 4 ton flatbed.
Manhandled onto a worn plastic skid. They intended to drag the tub over my driveway - which would risk damaging the drive. Insisted they reversed the truck to the back garden. For the costs of the spa, expected some form of trolley as stated on the website. Had a heated discussion over the phone to the owner who refused to take any liability of potential damage to my property. If i refused delivery i would have lost my delivery charge of a few hundred pounds.
Managed to negotiate a refund of 90 pounds which went towards a professional installer who completed the install.
The website did state they would use trolley handling equipment to move the hottub to its final position, this has since been removed from their website.
In summary, the delivery methods let the company down.

Great service from day 1 of enquiry, to sale to delivery. Delivered all the way to Newquay and arrived when they said they would. Great advice on installation. Had a slight technical issue but spare part sent next day and easy to rectify under their instructions.

Had our tub for over 5 years which developed a pump issue (after much use) it was quickly diagnosed and fixed by the team today along with the fitting of a new cover. Good company providing great support.

I have like many become very sceptical over the years about buying from the internet/market place etc. however it has been an absolute delight to deal with these young men who have first of all waylaid my fears : insisted on payment on delivery of the goods: arrived with minutes to spare when they said they would unloaded the goods for full inspection and throughout been professional yet friendly and helpful. What a refreshing change to a lot of company attitudes and expectations. Well done lads (and to turn up on a miserable rainy Sunday morning was impressive too)

We got our hot tub 2 years ago and service was great no problems at all today Jad came out to do an Elite service and did a brilliant job and very friendly. He also repositioned it for us. Very professional and left the area tidy and clean. Would highly recommended Palm Spas. Keep up the good work

Guys have been great. We had an initial issue soon after delivery but they were easy to contact and respond and prioritised us to sort out within 2 days. Can’t recommend this company enough, excellent customer service. Thank you gents.

I'm very pleased I bought my hot tub from these guys 3 years ago, never had any issues until this week, when I called with the problem the cutomer service over the phone was great called back a few times never managed to resolve the issue but gatheth came out with in a few days and sorted the problem with no extra charges and left me a spare part, this company is highly recommed by me because they are truly a good company to do business with thanks gareth and the team
