My first Palome…
My daughter introduced me to Palome (and treated me to one of your beautiful silk scarves for Mother's Day, which has already received so many compliments). I recently bought your navy and white striped cashmere jumper. It's a lovely soft cashmere, nicer than many more expensive jumpers, and as other reviewers have commented, arrived beautifully packed. As an extra bonus, and a lovely surprise, there was a very pretty blue and white scarf too. I'll definitely be buying from you again.

This is my first time ordering from Palome and been extremely impressed. The customer service is excellent and the items were delivered in two days, beautifully packaged. All sizing information was spot on and the two items I ordered were beautifully made and just as described. Will definitely look to order again.

So easy to order and fast delivery. Items arrived so beautifully packaged it felt so luxurious. The cashmere is superb quality, soft and great colours . Voltaire blazer - gorgeous
Ordered the Voltaire blazer, been looking for a blazer to pair with jeans for smart casual look, but then also wanted to wear with dresses for evening look.
This blazer is perfect, really soft and easy to wear but looks crisp and stylish! Love it!

I just received a grey cashmere cardigan. It's gorgeous. Really good quality cashmere and beautifully made. Lovely product, poor delivery service
I placed my second order for a cashmere hoodie recently. It arrived on Friday but unfortunately Royal Mail delivered it to a completely different house number and left it outside in the pouring rain. I had to walk down my road to locate it. When I found it the box was soaked through. The tissue paper was wet and the hoodie was damp. I know this is completely outside of Palome's control but I contacted the company to let them know what had happened and my email hasn't been acknowledged or replied to which I find really disappointing. I have scored higher as I like the product. It is a shame as I can see that care has gone into packaging it up.

I purchased the Emile and Sorbonne Cashmere jumpers and they are both absolutely beautiful and so soft. Such quick delivery and arrive beautiful packed.
Ordered several sizes so sent few back and I can honestly say the ordering and return service is flawless as is the customer service when seeking advice.

Sevigny Blazer and Danube Cashmere sweater
The Sevigny Blazer is a beautifully cut piece made of beautiful fabric. I bought it to replace a navy jacket bought at a similar price point from a well-known brand a few years ago. The Palome product is far superior. I also bought a lovely Danube cashmere sweater which drapes softly. My order (my first) was delivered quickly and arrived in a stylish box with the clothes wrapped in lightly scented tissue paper. It felt such a treat. I love the concept behind Palome and their pricing transparency - I will definitely be buying again.

First time ordering from this company who i stumbled upon online. Beautifully wrapped, scented paper and in a lovely box. Prompt delivery . The Madeleine cardigan in Poppy red is simple stunning. Very soft alpaca and mohair and not at all itchy. Excellent value for the money. Very tempted to get another colour.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love Palome. They have really good quality pieces for a great price. I trust them entirely - sometimes when things arrive from desirable brands they are less than expected. I discovered Palome on social media somewhere..
Originally it was for your jeans. Having tried various styles, although they fit perfectly I didn't feel were right for me.
I am almost 60 and so happy to have discovered your clothes. They are all classic pieces, beautifully cut and just about within my budget. I feel they will stand the test of time and great wardrobe staples.
I have also purchased a few things for my 33 year old daughter who has been delighted, particularly with the jumpers!
The ordering and return service is flawless as is the customer service when seeking advice.

OK, not a great experience
Ordered a t-shirt and a cardigan. The t-shirt was fine and I wrote a positive review that was published.
The cardigan was very big and very scratchy on my skin so I sent it back and wrote a less positive review about that. The cardigan review still doesn’t seem to be on the site so I think they are only publishing the ones they like. To be clear, I am talking about reviews on Palome’s own site.
Then well over a month later I realised they hadn’t acknowledged the return or made the refund. I sent an email and they did then make the refund and apologise, but I definitely recommend keeping an eye on your account if you send a return.

I have been following Palome for a…
I have been following Palome for a while as the quality and price looked to be fantastic and also backed up with great reviews. My expectations were therefore quite high but was sadly disappointed with the cashmere sweater I received as a Christmas gift from my husband. This is the first cashmere sweater that has felt rough to touch and itchy on my skin right out of the box. I’ve had lots of great quality cashmere items in the past (not from Palome), that were far superior in terms of feel and softness.
Update:
Palome did reach out to me and kindly sent an alternative sweater for me try. I'm pleased to say that this one was much better and inline with my expectations. Although I was disappointed with my initial purchase, Palome did make things right and were really excellent with their customer service. This does go such a long way and it gives me confidence to purchase other items.
