Beautiful work
My son and I wanted to get my husband a Navy hat for the ship he served on so many years ago. The Navy Store did not have his ship, so my son searched out the internet and came up with the Pamotee site. I usually confine my internet shopping to a few known sites, but I took a chance and placed my order. At one point, I needed help and customer service was awesome. The hat arrived as estimated and it was everything we hoped for. A very good quality hat and the embroidery was beautifully done. We definitely recommend them!

My experience was excellent
My experience was excellent. I have 3 sons active duty in the Air Force. I asked if the shirt could have 3 dog tags, instead of 1, add X3 and my sons 3 names written inside the tags and there was no problem doing so. The communication was simple and done thru email. It was a Mother's Day gift. When my boys Mom opened it, she was completely overwhelmed, as was I. It came out better than I could have imagined. I also paid extra for the super soft cotton shirt. "It's very comfortable", said their Mom! Thank you for the awesome job.

to celebrate him finishing 200,000 miles on a bicycle. The plaque arrived in perfect condition and on time. It was the hit of the celebration and he held it up with a bottle of champagne to pose for his photo finish. Thank you so much! I recommend you and your designers highly! We cannot be more pleased.

This item was so small and was just a flat disk. I ordered a sign to stand and guide customers to my door. it was about 9" in diameter. if I was looking for a tiny ornament it would be fine but it did not have the stake and is so small no on outside would see it.

Upon checking, you filled out your order wrong address, so the package was sent back to our warehouse. We contacted you to ask for the re-shipping cost because we will not take responsibility for the cost when the customer makes a mistake on the shipping address.
When you agreed to pay for the re-shipping cost and corrected the address, we immediately asked the USPS to ship it back to you. Upon checking, Your item was delivered at the front door or porch at 10:51 am on May 25, 2022, in COLUMBIA, MS 39429.

Final sale
Ordered a tee and received it about 2 weeks later. Was not satisfied with the material and reached out to send it back. After a month of trying to get in touch to see if they will take it back for a refund they finally declined because of “sanitation” reasons. So don’t expect refunds for any reason unless you can prove they sent you the wrong item.

I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. The sweatshirt I ordered looked nothing like the description, was too small, and the line work was blurry and totally unsatisfactory. When I requested a return, the hoops I had to jump through were insane. They did not issue the refund I was promised in writing and I had to open a dispute with my credit card company.
