Customer service is horrible!!!!!
Your customer service is horrible and only available after hours!!! Blamed the postage on postal service and refused to help out. It is your responsibility to use a reliable and effective postal method or at least assist in the location of the package. I was on my own in tracking down the package and had to go to the post office to retrieve the package even though I got charged with postage as it was "built into the price". Have no plans to use and/or buy anything from Pamotee ever again. One and done!!

I ordered the custom dog car decal where it…
I ordered the custom car decal where it looks like my dog is coming through the glass, it’s honestly so perfect. It came out amazing. The editing they did with the photo makes it look so real, and we’ve gotten so many comments on it from people seeing it on our car. The turnaround time was relatively quick too, and I ordered it during Christmas. I would definitely recommend if you were thinking about ordering one, it’s a great gift.

Beautiful sign
I ordered a metal sign as a Christmas gift. Communication was minimal so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the sign turned out really beautifully. I would order from them again.

The shirt is well put together
The shirt is great, it feels sturdy and is soft. The only thing I wish was their was a little picture of the knight or words, for example “I’m the storm” over the right breast or or across the chest. But that is just me, I like having something on the front. Other than that I love it!

LOVE the product I ordered
LOVE the product I ordered - a metal sign. This company took an old poor quality logo I sent them and turned it into usable artwork. They perfected it with my tweaks, I approved the artwork and I received my sign about two weeks later.
At first I thought “this is too good to be true” because nobody else locally or on the internet could make and ship my sign.
Received it yesterday and we are sooo pleased. This is a totally reputable company/website with nice and responsive staff.

I had received a damaged product, a decal. I sent an email with photos of the product. I received a response within 24 hrs with an apology & outline of corrective action. I received the replacement in much improved packaging. I received excellent customer service and a quality product. I will definitely be a return customer.
