Die Lieferung dauerte ungewöhnlich lange, erst nach dem ich die Firma kontaktierte ging der Versand recht schnell. Leider wurde die Personalisierung vergessen.

This is a great system that allows me to have everything in one place. My planner, reading journal, sketchbook, and my daily journal. Such a life upgrade. Love the paper quality, the design, and the entire aesthetic. It really works for me. They company is responsive and keeps you updated on the status of your order. I got the petrol blue and it is stunning!

The paper quality is superb. The only issue is with UPS. I suggest that you package the item in waterproof wrapping. It had rain the day of delivery so UPS changed date for next day which has a chance of rain. They left the package on the outside step. The vestibule was accessible by a swing door.

I recently purchased the voyager journal and it’s truly beautiful and true quality I would recommend it to anyone, i originally found out about paper republic from Owen (@itskingowen) on TikTok and I was highly inspired by Owen’s creativity using his journal.

Not only was the products and paper quality amazing but the customer service was truly the best I’ve ever received when I needed to make changes it was so simple and the team couldn’t be more helpful.

The quality is incredible and the design is superb. However, I’m not giving it a perfect score because, for the second time, shipping took nearly a month and I had to send an email to complain.

Utterly astounded by my experience with Paper Republic. I’ve made 3 orders in the last month and all have arrived swiftly before their expected delivery date. Customer care was marvellous and patient with my initial detailed questions and helpful along every step of the way. As for the journals, gosh they are so divine I had to order some for my partner immediately. We’re both in heaven. From beginning to right now, my experience with Paper republic was delightful. I found them because I was shopping for a new Journal and checked in with wire cutter. It was fun to build my Journal on the website.After ordering. I appreciated the emails that talked about the process of creating the products.
When the box arrived from Paper Republic, I had to look at it for a moment because it was put together so cleverly and beautifully… Somehow the outside of the box said the inside is special:) and indeed every detail about the packaging was done with care. The Journal itself is gorgeous and the Paper beautifully bound and the extra ribbons - so that you can add extra books to the Journal -easy to work with.
A journal is not a necessity… It’s a wonderful indulgence, and the experience from this company makes you feel like, yes, indeed, this is just what I wanted!

Amazing quality products. They fall short on delivery times. It takes far too long to process and ship an order —weeks in some cases.

I ordered a Le Portfolio in Cognac, with express shipping. It came super quick, and just like all the videos iv seen on TikTok and instagram which influenced me to buy, it’s beautiful, stunningly made and smells insane!
I’m already eyeing up a pocket grand voyager for my handbag!! And iv had it less than a week!

Order and delivery process worked well and on time. The main ribbon for holding paper refills on the inside of the cover was not tied and I am not sure if it should have been. There should have been a better explanation in what to expect in this regard.
