In love with the fern green pocket grand voyageur. So excited for it to wear in and feel lived in. Communications were quick and accurate.

This journal is beautiful and it was a gift for my birthday. It has encouraged me to journal daily and I even paint in it. Beautifully crafted journal and worth the price.

The Paper Republic team has the best customer service. I was rather annoying, after I ordered my Le Portfolio I sent an email if I could add a book refill and they were the best with helping me get that after I’d already placed my order. Well when I received it all in the mail, the package had been badly damaged during shipping. Thankfully my journal was safe and sound but the book refill did sustain damage. I sent a picture to them and they immediately offered to send me a free replacement. Thank yall so much PR team! I’ll always recommend you and will be back in the future.

I didn’t receive my full order. I am missing items. Wrote an email and haven’t received a response.

It was easy to choose and decide which design I wanted. It was fun to get e-mails in between on the progress on how to leather journals are made. It took a while be made because of the busy season but once the order was fulfilled it got delivered very quickly

Honestly best customer service I have ever had. The product quality is top tier, the smell is amazing as well. I had bought a grand voy one year ago, and the quality is amazing. I decided to buy an a6 and best purchase I’ve made. Worth the money, customer service also had sent my package fast due to delays as well.

Ordered a petrol blue journal. Looks green but the customer service informs me it’s petrol blue. Apparently there is a variation in colours but is not mentioned when your purchasing.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting to visit La Maison with my sister when visiting Vienna last week, with the wonderful Nina, who served us that day. This experience was nothing short of delightful! :)

We had a lovely conversation throughout the process of setting up my journal, and Nina was amazing at helping me choose what was best for it. We ended up making the journal I've always dreamed of having, with careful attention to every step of setting it up. (Also got some wonderful freebies like the little charms. Thank you, Nina!)

The atmosphere, the setup of the shop, and just the interactions with the workers were spectacular, and it is no wonder why so many people are loving Paper Republic!

I left with the beautiful A5 Le Portfolio in the Wild Heather colour and a couple of notebooks. I have ordered under the L'atelier service for a custom A6 Trifold in Berry Red, which I am now so excited to receive, and again, the customer service with ordering that product online was great.

The quality of their products is amazing, leaving you with the feeling you've bought something worthwhile.
If you're wondering whether it's worth it or not, take this review as a sign it absolutely IS WORTH IT!!!

The quality of the materials is fantastic. The leather feels beautiful. The rich color looks even better in person. In addition, the customer service is exceptional. My shipment was about to be delayed, I contacted the team and the next day it was shipped and at my door the following day. The team takes quality in all aspects of their work seriously.

I have ordered my 2027 diary and because the shipping is hefty as I live in South Africa I ordered a whole bunch of other things too…. Which I am thrilled with…. I am so looking forward to writing in my new book journal…. With a fish in the front….. the image is amazing!

Nachdem ich schon seit Jahren den Grand Voyageur XL in Schwarz und Rot nutze, habe ich mir jetzt einen in Wild Heather aus der Dúchas Limited Edition gegönnt. Ein Träumchen :-))) wenn auch erst im zweiten Anlauf. Beim Auspacken fiel mir sofort eine merkwürdige Rille im Leder auf, die sich quer über die Vorderseite zog. Kein Problem, kurz angefragt, wie's mit Rückgabe und Umtausch aussieht. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation, pfeilschnelle Ersatzlieferung, alles vorbildlich! Der zweite ist jetzt einfach nur wunderschön. Dieser Lederduft! Die Haptik! Und die violette Farbe, irgendwo zwischen Heidekraut und Brombeerjoghurt.... herrlich. Detail: Der Limited Edition Grand Voyageur XL ist ein paar Millimeter breiter als die klassischen Farben, dadurch ragt der Inhalt auch bei mehreren dicken Kladden nicht über die Lederkanten raus. Perfekt!

Die Wartezeiten sind eine Katastrophe. Die Kommunikation ist dürftig. Die Produkte sind gut, doch dieser Zustand vermiest jede Freude darüber. Es gibt sicher nicht wenige Anbieter, die dies wesentlich besser können.

I am very happy with quality of PR. My voyager XL is sooo pretty and really good made. The time of shipping was little bit long but I do understand that you are very busy and all your products are made with love and patience. I really do appreciate your work ❤️

I am literally sleeping with it right next to my bed.
