Used paramount last summer 2025 for 10 pleached trees , the trees themselves are absolutely brilliant, but the customer service is what sets them apart , they really do go over and above from the delivery to the after care they are 10 out of 10

I ordered a pitisporum
I ordered a pitisporum . The wait time was quite long but the £70 delivery charge was exorbitant. I needed a large bush as the rabbits tend to ear smaller ones and I had had a large tree removed so had to fill the space . The plant arrived with quite a few brown leaves .

I agree it's they arwnt cheap but we have to ensure plants arrive safely and as you say we specialise in supplying larger plants and trees. I had a hiccup with delivery but Paramount responded in a timely and satisfactory manner. Which for me is a measure of a good company. Any company can encounter an issue but how they respond is what matters. Paramount pushed the boat out and solved my issue.
