I’ve given one star to appropriate…
I’ve given one star to appropriate someone to read this .
5 weeks it took to deliver 2 he’s 2 jasmine plants , which were on an offer reduced so assume , you have the plant to sell onsite . Wise up buyers they don’t.
Excuse one after 2 weeks one of the plants isn’t up to standard ! We will replace , within days it’s easy to dispatch ! I get notice !
3 weeks later I get notice it’s rwssy to deliver .
It arrives without notice 5 week to the day later .
It’s a shame as my client has 1.5 acres to plant ! It just won’t be with this company ! Why ! Supply is the key element of any Good ? Business and so no order or recommendation will be given to the above company ! If you have something to sell and it’s reduced to sell then at lest back up your claims and have it ready to send within a few weeks is fine in Lamdscape garden world but not 5 . Shocking service , and a thief party delivery system with no notice on the day delivery . Do not use this company for reliability .

At Paramount Plants, we have a site in Enfield where customers can visit and view a selection of our plants in person. Predominantly, however, we are a specialist online nursery supplying many thousands of plants from a large and diverse range at excellent prices. Our plants are sourced from our own growing sites and a network of trusted partner nurseries with whom we have worked for more than 20 years, rather than being held at a single location, and we therefore allow around 2 to 3 weeks from ordering to delivery.
On rare occasions, dispatch may be delayed if plants require additional quality checks or if replacement stock needs to be sourced due to damage or quality concerns. While we appreciate that this can be frustrating, our priority is always to supply plants that meet our quality standards.
We keep customers informed of any delays and provide updates and delivery dates throughout the process. We work with both our own transport team and trusted external delivery partners to ensure plants are delivered safely. While customers are advised of delivery dates in advance, exact arrival times on the day may vary due to traffic conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.

Very helpful from start to finish, they were even able to re-arrange a delivery date for us. The tree we purchased was in very good condition on arrival, good value for money.

A wrong item was sent
The customer service has been good, but the wrong item was sent. I ordered a male Blue Prince Holly, but after a few weeks, I discovered that a female Holly was sent instead of a male holly plant. Wasted my time, and I ended up paying £19.99 delivery charges for no good reason. Quite disappointed

Good plant, poor delivery service
Plant itself was good. Customer service was ok. Unfortunately though, they used DX Express for delivery, and they repeatedly failed to deliver, which meant that I finally got my (second) plant several weeks after my initial order!

Pleached Red Robin Tree's
My son and I have made several purchases of pleached Red Robin tree's over the past two years. The tree's were delivered in healthy condition and delivery was as expected. The price was very good compared to other suppliers. We did have an issue with one order but this was dealt with very quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Paramount Plants. The service was excellent, the prices were very competitive, and they have a huge variety of plants to choose from. We ended up redoing our entire garden using plants from Paramount Plants and couldn't be happier with the results.
Kevin was there every step of the way, from the initial planning through to completion. His knowledge is second to none, and his advice was invaluable in helping us choose the right plants for our garden.
We did have one issue with a plant, but Kevin guided us through exactly how to resolve it and provided outstanding support throughout.
