The CEO is a childish bully. There should be no room in the professional world for his kind of abusive behavior.
If any employees of parchment paper.com read this, get out while you still can. There's no use risking your financial well-being on a sinking ship lead by captain who can't swim.

Parchment is a hassle of you don't have access to the email you had when you were in school.
They offer no live support

The fulfilled by "person" that verified the document at the school does not exist.

Worst experience ever.
First transcript my birthdate was incorrect.
Easy fix but no…
1 week later; second transcript my birthdate is corrected but pass date was changed and is wrong and the test scores on both the first and second transcript don’t match.
Every body I spoke on the phone with at Parchment was impatient and rude with the exception of one lady.
The last person I spoke to put me on hold and never returned to the call.

The website was simple to use, and I was able to order 2 different diplomas from 2 different institutions without making 2 orders. Within a couple of days, my diplomas were delivered electronically, and Parchment even allowed for me to use my maiden name on my diplomas. In the past, when ordering directly from the college or university, legal documentation of name change was required to alter a graduate’s last name on a diploma. I just received an email notification that my documents are being mailed out to me, less than a week after ordering them online. In addition to the speedy diploma delivery service, i requested my undergraduate transcripts be submitted to another institution I want to attend, and Parchment.com delivered my transcripts to this institution within 48 hours of my online request.
I am pleased with Parchment.com and highly recommend using its services.

The order i got was dirty. after checking out there IG page and seeing the state of the factory i understand why. also they seem to be bullying people online as a business not sure what thats about ...

Absolutely the worst service, if you are using to send transcripts, send minimum of 10 times. I as applying to graduate school and because their systems were not working, the 5 times I sent, only the ones after submition deadline went through. Worst service ever, and make sure that you are getting your documents sent, dont rely on them to tell you, they wont. Assume the worst. I startde requesting in December and for 2 months no requests were sent to admissions

Horrible tool. So we need to get a transcript from an on-lien school in Los Angeles to our daughters high school and they instructed us to use Parchment. Just a poor screen design, mixing up student and parent information for a parent account. Received errors upon creating an account and then it stated my email already is in use for an account. Had to reset my password and here we are hours later with no email to reset my password. I read the other reviews below me, I would agree, just a horrible product and their phone support isn't any better.

Terrible service and rip off .. they would not correct an order sent to an undeliverable address. They would not even credit for sending it again. The order was never received. Should be corrected.

I filled out the form to order a transcript from this company. When I submitted the form, I received an error message. I went back and filled it out again and submitted successfully. Well, they charged me twice and sent me two pdfs of the same document. When I tried to submit a work ticket, the Captcha kept freezing—I finally moved to desktop computer and submitted ticket for what I thought was a simple and obvious refund request for duplicate. They refused to refund me, saying I should have contacted them to confirm that first order did not go through which is ludicrous as I had no reason to think it had. Their ‘fix’ was to offer me credit on another document from same school only…in other words yet another copy of the document I already have a duplicate of. Absolutely disgraceful to keep profits received dishonestly due to their glitchy website. They have a captive audience as this was the only way I could order a transcript from my school, so you have to wonder if these glitches are really unintentional since they seem to have no intention of rectifying them. Seems like they might assume that people won’t bother disputing it as it’s only $2.25, but it is the principle not the dollar amount.

On Nov. 08 2023 I put in an order to get my transcript mailed from my current college over to a university to be considered for admission. I noticed after receiving the confirmation email that the ATTN line was not included. Think it was my mistake I went to go start a new order but coming to the payment window I noted that once again the ATTN line was not included. So I contacted Customer Support. After a few emails, the agent let me know that they could not help me further at the moment and to contact the school to see if they got it. This is because they too could not confirm that the ATTN line was included ( P.S. They didn't even initially know what an ATTN line was) They told me to contact customer support again if they did not receive it. After contacting the school they informed me that they had been having issues with Parchment, and for me to get my official transcripts and send them a copy via email. After reading this email I got in contact with Customer support again. Which is probably the worst thing I could have done. The agent did not thoroughly read my emails or screenshots provided to them. The screenshots provided included the University address/ how it was supposed to be addressed. Along with the email sent to me by the University informing me of the problems they are having with Parchment.And a final screenshot to confirm and show that there is a glitch in the parchments system not including the ATTN line. On my first email received by this agent, you could tell they did in fact not read my email or look at my order details. They provided me with the wrong address of the uni ( this is not even the address provided in the confirmation email.) (these Screenshot were saved with time stamps) Even with all this information the agent failed to comprehend that this is a parchment issue and not my issue. She talked around in circles and I could not come to a resolution. This is delaying my admissions and is unacceptable. Can provide these Screenshots if needed.

I put a document on hold so that at the end of the year they would send me my 11th-grade cumulative GPA and all the other grades, but no they sent me it at the end of the first half semester which is not the end of 11th grade. I paid my own money for them to send me a document that I didn't want at that moment, which I specifically mentioned when I was ordering it.

Using the school search feature routed my transcripts to the wrong department and Parchment refuses to fix the issue

First time using them for my transcripts, I ordered them on 8/30/23. Confirmation for the order is below. I will follow up with an update once my school has received the transcript. The process was easy and the $4 fee was waived automatically for me, I live in Utah.

POS 'service' that takes your money then cancels your orders. Every single time I try to get a transcript , I pay a fee, wait like an idiot thinking the transcript is on its way, then find its been cancelled BY THEM for god knows what reason . This is costing me a job since my school made the bad, bad decision to work with these geniuses

UPDATE: Parchment has contacted me via email, and have made clarification as to why I had received a second copy of my transcript and not my High School Diploma.
The matter is resolved.

My name is Florence. I am a former student , of Penn Foster High School.
On April 2nd, 2023 I ordered a copy of my high school transcript from Penn Foster via parchment. I received the transcript almost right away, so that order was fulfilled.
In less than 12 hours I placed another order with Parchment for my HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, again this order was fulfilled right away, however, again Parchment sent me another copy of my high school transcript and not a duplicate copy of my HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA as I requested.
I have sent Parchment several email highlighting their error, only for them to reply saying document received.
This is messed up, because I paid for a copy of my High School Diploma which I need for work purposes and now it’s like I can’t get a proper response from these people.
I don’t need a second or third copy of my high school transcript, I need a copy of my HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA!!
Can I kindly get proper assistance with this?
