I'd give no stars if possible. The owner is a bully and verbally abusive. Stay away!

Their automated system is extremely flawed and customer service is no help. Paying for limited time access to automatically generated documents is a racket. Paying for documents should guarantee access to the user whenever they need it. There also needs to be a system for checks and balances so that not just anyone can have access to someone's transcript information. A simple typo in my contact info that I wasn't able to have corrected, confirmed that I could in fact request a copy of my transcript with an entirely different last name. I will be submitting negative reviews elsewhere and reporting this organization's careless handling of confidential documentation to the BBB.

Terrible service. A bad business all round

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I can't believe companies like this exist. They literally steal your money and do not deliver the services as promised.

Awful! I can’t believe we are forced to use this service to order transcripts. I ordered 4 of them and 2 came and 2 did not. When I notified them that the transcripts were never received I was told I had to pay again to place another order. They literally are no help and admit that they take your money and do not send you anything and it’s up to you, as the customer, to make sure that they do their job. I really wish the colleges would either allow for direct ordering of transcripts or get another company.

If they weren't the only place that I could order transcripts, I would never use this website ever again.
I had an order cancelled and received a credit on my account. I ended up making a new order for less money than the original order and the credit was applied, then I tried to use the credit again and it wasn't showing up as an option to use. I submitted a message to the Member Support only to be informed that "The credit that was given to you is good for 1 order and it will not be per amount of the order that you will place." This was never informed to me when the credit was granted, which if that is the policy then it is not unreasonable to expect that you inform this in writing to your customers.
If you can avoid using their services, I would highly recommend that you do.

what a joke of a company, i know your parents i did some research, you lived and leeched off them until you were 19 please stop being a clown when you barley have a functioning company, thanks.

Canceling an order should be easier
I have not had a lot of problems with this service in the past, but I accidently placed a secondary order. Instead of just being able to cancel the order myself, like you could apparently do in the past, I had to contact support. While I can understand that they may have changed this system for a reason, they don't make it particularly easy to do find how to do that. There is nothing on your profile that instructs you on how to do this, and instead you have to go looking for it on google. Then you have to go looking for the correct form to fill out to have a support staff cancel your order. It's annoying and I was getting quite frustrated just trying to do.

Needed my transcript and paid for international priority overnight delivery - after numerous phone calls (very rude customer service) and emails , was told that the transcript was returned after 10 days. Reordered, and cannot find a tracking number now. It has been over 2 weeks for an overnight shipment. This is a call to all universities to stop using their services because this is too much effort for receiving my own transcript.

Double charges, nobody to talk to, Teddy Rosevelt busted monopolies, class action to be next, hopefully

A useless, unnecessary company that has horrible customer service. Avoid if you can!

I would give them a ZERO if I could. I have been on the phone with them for hours trying to get help with the account.
First rep was somewhat helpful, second, not at all. Then held for hours until I hung up waiting for a manager to answer as promised.

So do not allow you to cancel your order when you select the wron transcripts I do not like this website.

Sent document to wrong place, refused to resend to where I needed it.
