These guys are amazingly patient and helpful. Very quick to reply. Crystal clear comms. Really cannot fault in anyway ... Devices need to be monitored nowadays to keep our kids safe and through Parentshield it's safe clear and simple and a huge weight off our minds.

Brilliant service, concept and pricing. Can't say how refreshing it has been to deal with a human, easy to contact, always very helpful and understanding of a highly emotive situation. This should be a standard option on all networks, Parent Shield are ahead of the times here.

This is such a brilliant service and I can't recommend enough. We got a phone for my daughter when we moved away from her friends and family a bit earlier than most at 10 and it was incredibly reassuring having all the checks and controls of Parent Shield. We learnt about every element of the service they provide and utilised everything to ensure we had as many safe guards in place as possible. The last 5 years with Parent Shield has allowed us to teach her how to use her phone responsibly and carefully and I hope that this will stand her in good stead for the next 5 as we traverse the next set of challenges. If every company providing services and apps to children were as responsible as Parent Shield the world would be a better place!

We have had a ParentShield Sim card for the last 6 months for our 10 year old, and it has been brilliant. Very easy to use the Sim and also navigate the parent portal. We had a brief issue with sending text messages (a phone settings issue) and not only was I able to reach a human being on the chat service on a SUNDAY, but the issue was resolved very quickly by the team. Excellent service all round, and a great product. Thank you!

I can't rate Parentshield highly enough. They are the best company I've dealt with in the last few years. Absolutely excellent service, I even got a speedy response on New Year's day! We are really happy with the security provided on my son's contract, we feel safe in knowledge that our son is protected. We've even experienced some of security measures (e.g blocking/pausing a contact when there are repeated messages or calls within a short period). The system is really easy to navigate and you can turn controls on and off as needed. I particularly like that we can get alerts if certain concerning language is used in texts. We also experienced the benefits of the network swapping when there is no service. Nobody in our group were able to contact the adults with my son when they were in a poor service area. However, we were able to have a totally clear phone call with my son and find out where they were. His phone had swapped to the only network with service down there, it was a big relief!

The staff are really quick to help if you have any issues with any settings and I got an immediate response when my son had an issue. Certainly much better service than if you try to contact any of the main network providers! I have been very impressed with Parentshield and am very glad we opted to use them.

Great service, good features, fast support and reasonable prices

Possibly a little bit different in that we have used this service to protect an adult family member who has a brain injury and places himself in difficult circumstances due to a lack of self control.
His learning disability is so significant he sees no fault in his actions and gives his number randomly and ends up being disturbed all hours by other adults with difficulties and becomes embroiled in dramas.
We can now monitor his circumstances along appropriate lines whilst still maintaining an acceptable level of support from real friends and positive influences.
This business and service along with the people who manage it have been wonderful. Advice is always readily available and the understanding shown has been second to none.
The safety and protection has been life changing after the most difficult few months of our lives. Thank you to all the staff.

Leaving as my children have outgrown the sim. Requested a PAC for both. All done without any hard sell to stay, which is very rare these days and hugely annoying to be in the receiving end of them when you have made up your mind about something, so extremely grateful to Graham (and Parentshield) for that.

Customer service is always brilliant.

This SIM came into its own recently when the person it protects, got into difficulties via social media messaging (despite various parent controls set to max). Devious persons purporting to be celebrities extracted the phone number from the vulnerable person, on promise of friendship and free tickets.... The SIM has since blocked numerous callers to this mobile telephone number. This unusual activity was recorded and evident from the Parentshield dashboard and allowed us to identify and explore the problem quickly and kept the young person safe until we intervened. The callers would no doubt have continued their online grooming (for money), in person, had the SIM security settings we had in place not blocked their calls. Absolutley invaluable. We are very grateful.

The social media apps on the other hand, don't see need to stop or block assorted celebrity.con@popstar etc profiles, offering free show tickets for celebs NOT EVEN ON TOUR, in exchange for bank details. All within media policies apprantly.

Been with ParentShield for nearly 4 years now and they have outclassed any other operator in terms of Customer Service. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. I can’t rate these guys high enough! Their professionalism, attention to detail and all round support is the best I’ve experienced. Navigating your child’s first phone contract can be tricky but at every stage I had full confidence that my son would be safe with his first phone. The app is fab and if you have any problems, any calls, online chats or emails have all be answered within minutes. These guys are the real deal when it comes to customer service and I have absolutely no faults with them at all. You really won’t be disappointed by this company. Really nice group of people to deal with ☺️
