I received the eSIM today and the Customer Service to guide me through the process was instant, friendly, professional and the eSIM is now up and running. This really is a fantastic introduction to you as a company and i am equally impressed and reassured that we have made the right choice for our sons SIM. Thank you!

Excellent service. Always easy to contact a real human being, who are extremely helpful. The peace of mind this service offers is excellent, especially for vulnerable kids with ASD.

I contacted the team today to make a couple of changes and they responded so efficiently! Paul was so helpful and made the changes immediately with clear and friendly communication. I have children with additional needs and feel really assured with this service as I want them to be able to have a positive experience with their first phones but it's important to me that they are safe. The parent portal and app is excellent and easy to use and the sim card offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend this sim for young people and more vulnerable children with additional needs.

I had been very reluctant to let my 11 year old have a phone of any kind, but using a no data eSIM from ParentShield has given me the reassurance that I needed, whilst also giving him the phone that he was so keen to have.

I had many questions whilst I was still deciding what to do, and the guys at ParentShield were very helpful answering these. Once I made the decision to go ahead I encountered a few issues (it turned out the phone we were repurposing still had an old SIM in which confused things when I activated the eSIM code) and they very patiently talked me through what to do and we were up and running very quickly.

ParentShield are an absolute pleasure to deal with - I don't think I've ever experienced such great customer service. The online chat function is answered very quickly and by people who actually know what they are talking about. They go over and above what anyone is used to, or in truth expects, these days and it is so so appreciated.

We are new users but from what I have seen on the portal so far it is easy to use and most importantly does what it is supposed to do. 5 stars from me!

Great communication, highly recommend. There is no other sim out there like this. Parent Shield gives parents full control whilst allowing a vulnerable child to have the freedom of having a phone.
Having tried previous apps and restrictions that didn't work this was a great find. 😊

I'm absolutely blown away by the ingenuity of this SIM. It's genius!
We had issues with what we thought was the activation of the SIM yesterday and I spoke to one of your colleagues. I can't express how impressed we are, from the instant connection to someone who genuinely cared and had knowledge of what to do to the follow up call I had once he'd found out that a local EE tower was temporarily down but should now be back up and running, which it was.
It's my 10 yr olds first "dumb" phone and we were hesitant but the SIM package, Parent portal and overall service has really put us at ease.

Parent Shield have been instrumental in helping us to keep our vulnerable young and older people safeguarded from harm.
Having a robustly parent/carer managed SIM alongside the expertise within the team has been an absolute Godsend.
I might add that these very clever and diligent people "get it" as they have/had similar caring roles with vulnerable people and found little tech support available to keep them safe enough. This is why they set up Parentshield.

Absolutely fantastic service and I couldn't be happier with everything that Parentsheild offers. It is easy to use, affordable and has a number of options to give me confidence that my daughter is safe. I am able to monitor out going and incoming calls, decide when the phone can be used and even have alerts if certain words are used.
I was not aware things like this existed. Their customer service is amazing and I was helped to set up this system late in the evening. Highly recommended.

To date Parent Shield have never failed to help / better the situation. Recently swopping out a new phone for an old one for my daughter they, with no call request on my part, called me and stepped me through it as there were deeper settings that were needed. So always helpful and always someone there...

Our grandson lost his phone this morning. We were able to contact the team at ParentShiled and Paul kindly put the phone, via the ParentShield sim, into ultra-secure mode. The phone was then found and the person who found it was able to make contact with me - one of the two secure numbers - and I was able to retrieve the phone.

Every time we have a query with the services provided or any phone issues, the team responds immediately and has resolved all issues within 15 minutes of messaging. It is an excellent service and great value too, and the protection it provides for your child is second to none in our view.

ParentShield staff are always on hand when I need them. They are efficient and always get any issues sorted (issues that are self imposed 99% of the time). The peace of mind knowing that my child is safe according to MY standards is such a weight off my shoulders! The new tariffs are amazing, especially as my daughter gets older and more responsible. I have the extra security without the limitations of minimal data. Yes, maybe you could get the offer cheaper, but not with the safety, peace of mind and definitely not the exceptional customer service!

I reluctantly gave my children mobile phones when they moved to secondary school, but I felt so much better about it knowing I was using ParentShield. It’s been a huge reassurance as a parent. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their children safe, or who might be worried about behaviour changes and want to keep a closer eye on what their kids are texting—or what’s being texted to them.

The support team is also fantastic. Any time I’ve had a question or needed technical help, I’ve received super speedy responses, which has been really reassuring.

Our foster son feels very grown up having a phone and we feel very confident he’ll be safe with parentshield and google family watching his every move. He’s very nervous but with me being able to coach him from my phone is such a good way to enter the phone world safely.

I cannot fault the service , we had this for our daughter for the last four years or so.
Just wanted to be able to protect her in case of bullying etc at such a vulnerable age.
It proved to be fantastic,I would recommend to any concerned parents getting a first phone contract / sim for their child.

Fantastic service, well thought out and considerate. For SEND teenagers and younger kids, this is just great at offering additional peace of mind. The ability to connect to any network is great and the controls have demonstrated their effectiveness. Add to that the exceptional customer service and you really can't go wrong. I just wish there was a truly holistic approach to safeguarding children across all devices on all platforms, but the combination of parentshield and Google parental controls was the best we came across.

The parentshield system gives peace of mind when your child first gets a phone.
The team are always on hand with amazing customer service.
I would recommend to any parent who is nervous about first phones.

I could not recommend ParentShield highly enough. The Customer Service is outstanding and personable. They have a great understanding of supporting children and adults with special needs and their complex interactions with mobile phones.
The Portal is easy to use and provides a diversity of filters and protections. There are also good interactive controls.
I would never think of using a major brand name when this friendly and helpful service is available.
