We've been using ParentShield for about 2 years now and it's been reliable and easy, and very reassuring being able to see/hear so much in the Parent Portal.
Today I had a slight problem setting up data and the support team responded quickly and clearly and even gave us a month's free data. Very impressive service! Thank you Paul.

Wow, what a truly refreshing experience in a world where everything is becoming AI led.
I am a new customer and tonight installing my sons first SIM account. I called the Parent Shield phone number tonight [ admittedly out of office hours ] Despite me calling out of hours, I was answered with a lovely professional chap called Graham. Graham resolved everything within minutes. Talked me through each stage and was incredibly helpful. I wish my mobile company, my bank, or even shopping experiences were as good as this. Thank you Graham.

This is my first experience using something like Parent Shield. I needed it for my pre-teen son who wants independence but also needs to be monitored. This way I can check through my phone that he is safe and being safe through calls and messages without taking his phone from him. A few times my son has sent out excessive messages and Parent Shield notofied me through text which was helpful, otherwise I wouldn't have seen them until later that day. The team at Parent Shield are always on hand if I have any questions and are really helpful. They also contacted me when they realised they could switch me on to a better plan for less money which was nice because a lot of other companies wouldn't tell you.

Brilliant product and customer services extremely responsive and helpful. A little complicated at times for me using IPhone with the settings etc but I was so well guided by the team. Only reason I’ve stopped using it is because my child is older now. I would definitely recommend.

I could not be happier with Parent Shield. I purchased it for my 11 year old daughter’s first phone to make sure she is safe. Really easy to use and I feel that with all the dangers that come with using phones by young kids, it definitely gives me peace of mind. Would definitely recommend to all the parents who are worried about their kids and phones.

This company has the best customer service ever! They are able to answer any query quickly, and action things straight away.

Getting your child their first mobile is a daunting experience as a parent. I did lots of research and found this company, Parentshield. You buy the SIM, put it in an unlocked phone and can control, view, record and block unwanted calls, messages and set time locks so your child can't "sit on their phone" 24/7. The fact you can view all content of their text messages is amazing and reassuring.

I've been so impressed with the Team. I've used the online chat option twice now as I required help and both times the response was almost instant and the Team were so helpful.

Parentshield is a fantastic company. My daughter has special needs and I was really concerned about her having a mobile phone.
This company provides a child safe sim where you can create a safe list for your child. That way the can only contact/be contacted by the approved people.
The customer service is amazing. The live chat is very quick and the people are very knowledgeable. They are able to talk you through step by step to solve any issues you are having. Very prompt to respond.

As a parent with a child with special needs and not being very tech savvy, I was concerned that my son would not be safe online. It is very reassuring to know that I could put safety first and monitor my child’s useage. Also particularly helpful of choosing when the phone could and could not be used, ie turning the phone off during school hours.

I highly recommend parent shield. I just wish they did one for us adults as the service is fantastic.

The response for help was immediate and very helpful with easy-to-follow steps to troubleshoot my problem. Even a replacement was sent immediately when needed with no cost to me. One happy and relieved Momma.

I'm not a big reviewer, but I thought I would make the effort for this one as it's a stand out product.

Pros:
- Excellent level of service (proactive asking for feedback and offering to help) although I've had no setup issues
- Amazing level and granularity of control over what your child can and can't do with their phone
- Helpful guide and stickers that came with the SIM
Cons:
- Slightly more expensive than getting a SIM with no additional parent protection
- Really only works when your child is limited to a non-smart phone (can't control whatsapp)

Used this company around four years, firstly for my grandson then more recently for my granddaughter. They really are outstanding both in terms of the product, which is its self unique as far I am aware and easy to engage with and also the the customer service which I don’t think is matched anywhere else in the industry.

There sim deals really do safeguard children and put the parent in a position where l they can openly monitor and engage with their child’s call & texting experience whilst protecting them from harm and promoting positive use of their phone.

Really can’t praise these people enough, if your giving a child a phone then this has to be the gold standard sim deal.

I am a foster carer & this has been a godsend in helping me to keep a young child safe. I am shocked it is not more widely known.

Used parentshield for the last couple of years and never had anything but exceptional and rapid customer service and support and feel my child is as safe as I can make her with her phone. Highly recommended. One less thing to worry about as a parent.
