I have paid €9.99 for the yearly membership which is meant to give you free delivery and 10% discount but I'm not getting the discount or the free postage. I have tried to contact them on multiple platforms but my issue has still not been resolved. No customer service and if you pay the premium membership you will not get the service you paid for.

I'm giving you a 5 star because my experience has always been top class. Through no fault of yours, storm Darragh had me biting my nails until Christmas Eve when, lo and behold, An Post squeaked past the finishing post. So, important presents arrived just in time!

Horrible service, order not received since beginning of dec . Send couples of emails and call but still no refund. Really bad customer service. Just be careful before buying as worried of fake website now

Update 06/01/25: my parcel managed to arrive just in time on the 24th and I received a full refund as well. Review was 1 start now changed to 4.

I ordered a gift on the 2nd of December to ship with Evri to Ireland. I sent an email on the 10th and then the 12th because I couldn't get through on the phone. They took their time getting back to me and to which they said oh please check again in 5-6 days (very helpful) even though there hasn't been an update since the 04/12/24.

I've then sent 2 emails after their update on the 17th and 19th to which I got no reply from so then I called. The said they'd look into this and get back to me. Then I was told it was because of Storm Darragh finally on the 23rd which they failed to mention in the email, did they even check when I first asked... definitely not. Now my stuff won't arrive until after Christmas even though the storm was at the start of December.

So the courier has decided to close for the next 2 weeks after the storm or what's going on because how can it still not arrive, where is it even sitting??? I'd say it will be delightful experience to even request my money back so I can buy the gift I want from elsewhere. Won't be using this site again.

Love the products on this site. However, my last order proved disappointing!.. one bottle cap was slightly open and had split all over the box… maybe best to tighten or sellotape caps of certain products. Thanks

I have used this company twice before and received exactly what I ordered . However I have no idea what on earth they are doing right now ordered on 3/12/24 didn’t mind if they arrived after Christmas however the order says delivered and nothing has arrived I can’t get through to the company at all it was a value of €125.70 too I just want my money back

Awful customer service! I have placed my order on December 2nd and I haven't got my package yet. It seems to be stuck in the Netherlands somewhere. So beware, even if it's a .ie site, the goods are coming from abroad. I have contacted the customer service by email 3 times and I received no reply and now I won't get that gift on time for Christmas!

Avoid this company. I ordered a primer worth 45 euro on 23/11/24 and received a horrible coloured 20 euro lip gloss which I cannot use. I have emailed 5 times. No customer service at all. Will never use again. Please avoid!

I always had a great experience with Parfum Dreams. I have their premium account and the delivery was always really quick. However, since they started using Evri for their deliveries, the service became appalling. I ordered something to take on my holidays as a gift for my sister. And the order hasn’t been updated since the beginning of the week. According to their delivery times, I should have received the items by now. But so far, no updates. Will have to return the items since I’ll now have to buy everything again in a physical shop. Just what I didn’t need!

No Delivery, my funds were taken from my account the day I ordered, 12 December, still NO DELIVERY, no updates, please advise

I placed my order on the 9th Dec, 24.I had to phone Perfumedreams Hotline on the 18th of Dec, to request my Track & Trace email. I could get no information as to when I could expect my order to be delivered.

I placed 2 orders on Dec 1st, they were dispatched then but the tracking hasn't moved from the Netherlands since December 4th. Have tried contacting them through the website, by email & by phone numerous times and have had no response. No response from their shipper either. Very frustrated and annoyed! I understand deliveries can be delayed but there's no excuse for their sever lack of communication. Just want to try to get a refund now!

Still waiting on my order to arrive, messaged three times so far and have no response on when it will be delivered. Tracking isn’t telling me anything the last few days and I bet it won’t arrive in time for Christmas.

I ordered from the Irish website on the 12th of December, and received no invoice or proof of purchase. I emailed them on the 17th for an update and no response.
I have escalated with PayPal this issue, and they will investigate and issue a refund.
I recommend for anyone online shopping, protect yourself but using PayPal.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order on the 9th of December and today is the 19th and my order is still somewhere in the Netherlands!! I am based in Ireland

I ordered an item from this site 9th December. It is for a Christmas present! I received no dispatch notification yet and have tried contacting the company via email, instagram and Facebook with no reply as yet!!! It’s hugely frustrating as I paid a lot of money for this item and could have ordered from another company had I known how poor this company was and how bad the customer service is !!!

I ordered perfume at 07/12, and 20/12 come 2 weeks later, this time of delivery is very long, and I'm not sure is a problem because Christmas busy time or is is always like that, I give 2 stars at the moment

Item dispatched on December 3rd and tracking died on December 4th. Parfumdreams now not responding to mails. Will initiate a chargeback.
