Not really clear with the instructions.
On the way back I made 4 phone calls asking where is my car. Needed to wait an hour!

First time using Park & Go …brilliant! I believe it was The Gatwick Valet Parking Company offering the Meet and Greet service and the whole experience was faultless. Very friendly driver.

We used these for the first time for Doncaster Airport and they were fantastic. Meet and greet was excellent. It's the best Airport Service we have ever used. I am going to recommend to everyone and I will definitely use again for which ever Airport we use now. A+++++

Perfect. Waiting at car park to take car when arrived and there when came back. No waiting around. Excellent service.

A really good service.Friendy staff.A bit nervous at we arrived at 4.30 am and never used this service before.But they were there as promised.I would use these again no question and will tell friends to try them.

Oh my god, what a service.
I got 1hour late to the airport phoned up and was told to just get there as safe as possible and the driver was there to Collect the car.
Flight back was 2 hours delayed, but still the car was delivered as promised.
No extra charges, great service and I'm sure the car was washed and polished.
YES I will be using these guys again. Thanks Park and Go

These guys provided a very simple, hassle free and straight forward service.

Collected the car in. as good condition as when we left it, and it was washed. Very quick response from them when contacted.

We used them for the first time at Heathrow Airport and will definitely use them again in future.

Gatwick - excellent. Late flight didn't bother them either. Highly recommended.

My car was met and returned back in time. However my engine management light was lit on its return and more worrying was the fact that my dash cam had been physically unplugged. I was given no acceptable explanation for both of these.
I won't be using the Company again.

Can't thank Nick and his team for first class service .4th time we used A38 parking ..nothing to much trouble even when delayed getting too and landing.(bristol)..cars picked up and dropped off perfect time. Thanks again.

These guys are so good. I phoned them when I was 15 minutes away from Bristol airport, soon as we arrived at drop off point they where there. Very polite and explained everything we had to do on our return flight. On return again no waiting first class service. I have used plenty of meet and greet in the past. These guys are definitely the best I have used. I will be using them again in 6 weeks.

I can only recommend these guys, they were polite and professional on arrival and departure. Our plane was delayed into Bristol airport by nearly two hours last night, landing at 1.30am. Called them, no problem, car was with me within 10 mins. Excellent service, nice guys and no issues with the car. I will definitely use them again.

Use these people if you want to fly from Bristol airport. A first class service. We arrived at 4 am and were met within a few minutes, and on return journey our car turned up again within a few minutes. Pleasant and professional staff.
Would certainly use them again.

Have used this company before but clearly they have no interest in customer loyalty or repeat business. Trying to park at Bristol airport. As is often the case, the 'small print' T & Cs are used nefariously! Even if you purchase cancellation waiver you have to cancel before 24 hrs, not easy when they are closed at weekends!! Despite having legitimate reasons for cancellation and paying for cancellation waiver I had no joy, no sympathy or understanding. They were just happy to have my money tucked away. I tried to reach an amicable compromise but no chance. So £50+ for nothing. Thank you! Avoid if I were you as I will from now on.

You have given me the most first class service I could have hoped for... thank you! I really want to post a public message of gratitude for the most puntual service both on colection and return. Collected my car today (20.6.22) and the driver even left the air conditioning on so I could get into a cool environment ready for the trip home. Many many thanks

Wow where do i start after enjoying three days away I thought I was leaving my car in safe hands how wrong I was I came back to my car in a dirty condition and damaged. despite sending emails to get this matter sorted I was ignored until I threatened legal action eventually the matter was settled to little satisfaction to me this was the first time I've used a company like this and after this experience I will be in no rush to use again

Used A38 parking when flying from Bristol airport. Absolutely amazing experience. Couldn’t fault anything and will definitely be recommending to all of my friends and family and using anytime I fly from Bristol in the future. Thank you for such a stress free easy experience!

Was met at the airport by the park and go guy he was there when I arrived on my return i phoned the park and go people and I was met in the car park .. all was well up to the point I got into my car and found the wires to my dash cam dangling down .. the next day I phoned park and go and asked the question as to why my dash cam had been unplugged with the wires left dangling .. his reply was that some cars had, had fires in them caused by the wires being connected .. I challenged this and he said from the cigarette lighter I said mine was hard wired and I have never heard of them setting on fire .. he then said we don’t want you to know we we park the car as there are millions of pounds worth of cars on site .. seeing as I have a tracker on my car I knew exactly where it was parked.. .. I won’t be using this company again as they had no right whatsoever to touch and unplug my property and also I was not told that they would do this …

Used them at Gatwick for the first time and wow these guys really know how to provide a faultless service.
Professional, reliable, punctual, proactive and polite and courteous.
A stress free service. Highly recommended.
