First time we've used them this week. Quick, friendly, reliable service. Would recommend and use again.

Have used park and go for years and they have always been totally reliable. I was especially grateful for their understanding when my flight was diverted from Bristol to Cardiff and my pick up was delayed by three hours. Their no problem attitude was much appreciated. Would totally recommend their service.

Great reliable service. Have used many times over the years for meet and greet, very competative pricing and easy to book. Peace of mind our car is safe in their hands whilst away. Highly recomend.

This was so easy to book. Unfortunately my flight/holiday was cancelled. Contacted Park and Go Via email for a refund, they was very quick to respond and got my refund within two days. I would advise to take advantage of the cancellation waiver.

I parked my car through this company initially for 1 months starting December 2020. Check-in was smooth and professional. For reasons out of our control we weren't able to get back into the UK as planned. Parkandgo kindly extended for the same price.

Then the following month I began to get text messages from persons unknown asking me to transfer payment to their unmarked Metro account. The amount was about 5x the rate I'd been paying. They wouldn't give me an invoice, only their company name of IZA786 Ltd.

This may be legitimate and representative of the deal between parkandgo and their suppliers, but it could also be a scam. Either way I would of expected some contact from the company themselves. I also don't actually know where my car is parked at the moment.

I always use this service when travelling with work on a monthly basis. Easy to book and above all very affordable. Fantastic Service

I haven't yet used this service, however due to COVID I have to reschedule my trip 3 times, and every time I have emailed requesting a change, they have replied back very quickly, making the change Free Of Charge! Absolutely AMAZING service! Thank you

Second time I've used Park and Go to arrange my airport parking - price was good, simple to book and used my discount code :-)

Express Meet & Greet Luton - Service exactly as you'd expect. Called 30 minutes before dropoff, we were earlier than booked as well but no problem, driver was there to meet us and was polite and friendly. Upon return we called once we were through passport control and had no baggage to collect so was aware we were giving less than 30 minutes notice, but confirmed to them we had no bags to collect and by the time we got to the 3rd level carpark a friendly driver was there with the key and there our car awaited. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely use again :-)

DO NOT USE THIS DRUG DEN !!! These need closing down as they are not a company there a load of squatters living in a shed and trying to make money in any dodgy way they can ! Your car is not insured and they use your cars (petrol ) for there own personal use !!!!
