I wanted a V60 PHEV - not many around so travelled 60 miles to see one at Parkland. Salesman Jason was very helpful, relaxed - no pressure - left me to look around then answered my questions when I was ready. Honest and friendly - easiest car purchase made in ages. Thanks guys.

I traveled from Manchester to Parkland Motors , I was seen by a really nice Gent called Jason. He showed me the Car then left me to look round it, he then got the car out and let me take it for a test drive. It was a really relaxed experience, I would definitely recommend Parkland Motors. I did buy the car A Range Rover Evoque and it's gorgeous

Really amazing service from Fedz and the team!
Found a Used Leon FR Estate on Auto trader and fell in love, however it was over 3 hours away. Contacted them and Fedz was so helpful and did everything I asked as I was a bit wary of buying a car that I hadn't seen before. They offered to do the Cambelt and Waterpump at trade price and also offered to deliver it at a very reasonable price!
Within a week of finding the car, it was delivered to my door (on a SUNDAY! which I thought was amazing) and it looked even better than it did in the videos.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy future cars from this company, especially with Fedz being an asset to the team. Thank you again!!

From start to finish Fedz was class, being a young driver and never having experienced the size or power I purchased he sorted me out all the way through the test drive, genuinely couldn’t ask for more, thought I had an issue so I brought the car back and they took it straight in and looked at it for me, fantastic from start to finish

You can see why people come from all over the UK to buy from Parkland Motors. Don’t get me wrong, this place is busy, so make sure you book in before you arrive.
Ash was thorough from start to finish. I had not seen my car or done a test drive before I arrived as I seen this online and travelled from Chester, noticed a couple of imperfections which Ash dealt with promptly.
Can’t fault this team. Great deals, great cars, excellent service.

Where do I start! From the initial enquiry to taking delivery of my dream car absolutely amazing, especially the salesperson named FEDZ, hope I spelt he’s name right, the whole process was flawless from sorting the finance, taxing the vehicle and even paying the deposit Fedz was on hand reminding me to read my card details from the left! The car was amazingly good condition for being a 6 year old, also there Valeters do know how to valet cars, very well presented, even the chap who delivered the car was extremely helpful showing me some of the controls & features, keep up the good work guys, we’ll be definitely buying from them again.

My mum brought a car in September 2022, unfortunately the car has had problems ever since, I have been complaining from the day we have brought it and not small faults quite major faults in my eyes.
1. Apple play was tampered with - which at the beginning refused to take liability for.
2.The vehicle was remapped
3. Now recently found out the car has been stolen and recovered. Which again I got a very uncertain email of “stolen/recovered” and is not stolen right now.

Well of course it’s not stolen right now it’s in my possession, 6/7 weeks after the buying the car the v5 came which makes sense because the car was in police auction august 2022.

Which again I have a email for and calls logs

Parklands have sent me an email not accepting liability off fault, frauding me blindly as they think it’s okay! Not even got an apology as of yet

The car stil has many issue I can still state, they have sold a car to a disabled women under miss information is disgusting, which she have ms and anything can happen behind the wheel for her not to even feel safe.

DO NOT NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will never accept fault! And ownership of there wrong doing as a trader
