Good availability, a little expensive and postage is premium price for basic service but overall, a very simple experience with genuine parts delivered in accordance to all comms.

ordered parts with next day delivery on a monday but not received by thursday . chat never works takes ages to get through on phone. not impressed

The start button does not work sometimes. To get it started sometimes have to push in several times.

It was fairly easy to identify what was needed. Delivered quickly, what more is to say.

Item was the replacement seal on a built in oven door. Item was easy to fit.

Could have put on the website that the item wont be dispatched for more than 5 days. Says about delays but you would think a day or two. Tomorrow will be day six, then I have to wait days ontop for delivery. Im in desperate need of my oven to feed my children. The hobs wired into the same mains with the oven so thats out too. I could have bought it elsewhere.

Ordered online and paid for next day delivery. It was delayed as using Hermes! Called Customer Services who apologised and refunded £4. When it finally arrived the part was slightly damaged- small plastic corner missing. It was useable so did not return. Not impressed as the same part ordered 2 years ago was without any problems. Get your act together Hotpoint

I PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY ,THE PART WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ARRIVED LAST THURSDAY AS PROMISED OVER A WEEK LATER I AM STILL WAITING,I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THEIR SERVICE OR RECCOMEND THEM

Prompt delivery & the part was a perfect fit.

Spare part supplied was exactly as ordered and fit my machine perfectly.

Good service had to return part ordered incorrectly procedure was easy to understand reserve one star until reimbursement is complete.

The part arrived, broken. I contacted the company who said they would forward instructions for the return of the broken part and send a replacement. I am still waiting.

There were several days of delay in despatching the washing machine drain hose, and nor was there any confirmation of dispatch eventually. I paid for the ‘next day’ service. When the hose did arrive it was correct and fitted the washing machine. Stephen.

With help and advice from Hotpoint parts, I was able to replace the heating element on my electric cooker as easy as it can be. Please do not be discouraged to take the challenge to replace faulty parts if you have a little technical knowledge. This will save you time and money.

ARRIVED A BIT BEHIND THE DATE GIVEN, BUT ONCE ARRIVED AND FITTED MY COOKER IS WORKING FINE.

Despite reading low ratings for Hotpoint Parts, I found the process to be excellent. I ordered my spare part and paid for next day delivery and it was delivered on time. I need to point out that the price of this genuine Hotpoint part was significantly cheaper than the other online parts companies pricing and I will be coming back to Hotpoint in future. The only recommendation I would make to Hotpoint is that they need to provide a way to check progress of orders online to save having to call to check progress.
