It is a quick transaction and end right from the point where it was placed to make the point where is delivered. The communication was not keeping me posted aware the item is and how it’s moving.
I paid $50.00 for 1-2 day delivery instead of 3-5 days which costs $25.00. The part came late on day 3 but my installer for the part was there at day 2. When I emailed partstown they merely confirmed... Toon meer

I received order status regularly and received it on promised timeline. It is working perfectly fine. Before buying online, I visited couple of stores but did not received satisfactory response.
