It is a quick transaction and end right from the point where it was placed to make the point where is delivered. The communication was not keeping me posted aware the item is and how it’s moving.

I paid $50.00 for 1-2 day delivery…
I paid $50.00 for 1-2 day delivery instead of 3-5 days which costs $25.00. The part came late on day 3 but my installer for the part was there at day 2. When I emailed partstown they merely confirmed the shipping delay, while offering no refund, partial or otherwise. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these guys if time is an issue. If you are going to charge me extra for premium delivery then I expect premium, on time delivery not day late same as economy delivery but at twice the price!!!!!!!!!

Good good good, but could be great
Everything has been very smooth and my experiences have almost always are positive when reaching out to the teams. The mobile experience kinda sucks, like when youre scrolling through a parts search, it will latch onto a part instead of scrolling past it. This requires you to tap off the selection pop up in order to keep scrolling and its just very sensitive to registering a tap instead of a scroll.
One thing I am surprised isnt obvious is cost tracking. If I wanted to, I should be able to quickly take a part number and have an annual breakdown that part is costing my business. If I have a "my parts" build around one particular piece of equipment, I should be able to select that equipment and see an annual breakdown of all the parts Ive had to order for that model to make decisions better on when to replace vs repair.

The delivery service is very disappointing, especially when ordering parts needed urgently to repair breakdown equipment. We pay extra for delivery because we expect the parts to arrive quickly, but they often take far too long to arrive This causes unnecessary delays in getting our equipment back in operation. If we are paying for rush delivery, the service should actually be fast and reliable. The current delivery service needs significant improvement
