It is a quick transaction and end right from the point where it was placed to make the point where is delivered. The communication was not keeping me posted aware the item is and how it’s moving.
I paid $50.00 for 1-2 day delivery instead of 3-5 days which costs $25.00. The part came late on day 3 but my installer for the part was there at day 2. When I emailed partstown they merely confirmed... Toon meer

Great Parts supplier
Carrier electrostatic air cleaner unit was obsolete and replacement unit was quite expensive through Carrier rep. Found this unit at parts town for 2/3 or less the price.. The whole experience was fast, efficient and easy. Unit works great !

As Bad as Their U.S. Counterpart
Parts Town Canada is a completely broken website whose staff don't give a damn about helping consumers in need.
Yesterday, I attempted to order three simple parts for my fridge: a rotating middle traverse, a door gasket assembly, and two door gaskets. I saw that these were available in quantities of 26, 8, and 11, respectively, and got excited. I began to check out—huh, "Click here to go to PartsTown.ca"; OK!—I'm taken to PartsTown.ca where all three parts are listed as "Obsolete" and cannot be purchased. Hm.
Frustrated, I return to PartsTown.com and check out by using my alternate U.S. address. A cart with Parts Town Shipping and Third-Party Shipping. Nothing works. I'm stuck in a shopping-cart loop.
I email support. I'm advised to get in touch with encompass.com. I go there and search for my parts. It says, "In Stock." OK. I click to purchase. I says, "Out of Stock."
I hope that by now you see what sort of rigmarole these people and their partners put you through . . . with zero results. Don't believe the hype. You won't get what you need, just utter annoyance and frustration.

Great website and delivery! Parts worked but unsure if OEM.
The website was easy to navigate and I found the part I wanted quickly. Although it said genuine OEM parts, I couldn't really determine that from the branding on the part I ordered. It still worked for my application.
I will credit them with very fast shipping. I had the part in my hands 2-3 days later.
