It is a quick transaction and end right from the point where it was placed to make the point where is delivered. The communication was not keeping me posted aware the item is and how it’s moving.
I paid $50.00 for 1-2 day delivery instead of 3-5 days which costs $25.00. The part came late on day 3 but my installer for the part was there at day 2. When I emailed partstown they merely confirmed... Toon meer

Makes Finding The Right Part Very Easy!
Using the Parts Town website was very easy. I was able to search the model number of my older central air unit, find the part I needed (which was no longer produced), and their website even told me which part currently in production was a match for my broken part and would work in my a/c unit! The part came within the shipping window and I was able to replace everything myself very easily. Would absolutely recommend using Parts Town!

Prices high but parts available
Prices were fairly high but parts were in stock and they arrived in a reasonable time. It was cumbersome to make an order but luckily I had made an order previously, through my employer, so was able to quickly order, using that customer Acct even though the items ordered were not for that Acct.

Great Experience - Both Product and Service
I needed a new insert for a crockpot that my mother gave me many, many years ago and which has so much sentimental value to me, not to mention there was absolutely nothing wrong with it other than a crack in the insert that had started to leak. I was skeptical I could find one but to my surprise, my search took me to Parts Town and they had one in stock. Again, I was a bit skeptical about Parts Town as I had not used them before, but the reviews were great so I decided to give it a try. The insert came earlier than I expected, extremely well-packaged and with helpful, informative status emails along the way. As an added bonus, I have not been bombarded with Parts Town email solicitations now that my package has arrived. I now have them bookmarked and will definitely be using them again.
