I have recently had my kitchen refitted.
The standard of work carried out by Craig was absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and he was a pleasure to have in my home.

This is the second time we've used Passmore for a project. They are highly skilled & deliver a great finished project. Their team are friendly & approachable throughout; from the planning & surveying through to installation you get full confidence they know what they are doing.
Installers were incredibly knowledgeable and threw in some great ideas to help improve the overall finish & usability.

Passmore recently completed a ground floor extension with wheelchair access as part of adaptation works for our son. We are really happy with the work completed, having read the other reviews we should have expected the same experience.

The work has ran for approximately 2 1/2 months and concluded smoothly within the 12 week timeframe.

Tony was upfront and honest in our interactions, with a little bit of humour thrown in he set clear expectations about how the team operate and was easy to work with in discussing plans and ongoing schedules. We wanted to be around when the work was happening and importantly he was contactable when we needed to talk and schedule work activity.

Andrie has spent the most time on site, is proud of his work and achieving a high quality finish. He arrived promptly each day and worked consistently hard at each stage of the build from the foundations up to the roof as well as laying out the perfect patio for us. If there were any decisions to be made he considered options and consulted us and made sure that we had agreed the best solution before implementing. As a result we have an extension that externally fits with the existing house perfectly.

The team all came in and efficiently got on with their work with minimal disruption to our hectic family life.
Craig is the most diligent and clean electrician that we have come across, and with John, Chris and the decorators left us with a very smart internal finish.

We're truly grateful for your efforts and input to our home, the extension looks great but more importantly gives our son a larger space to live in as well as easy access to be able to enjoy the garden.

From choosing our fittings in the Otley Showroom to the project management, Passmore's timeliness and attention to detail could not be faulted. We met two Passmore staff (Michelle and Joe) and 5 subcontractors: all were polite, considerate and friendly but it was Charles Dixon and Summer who did the bulk of the site work who really stood out amongst the contractors. It was a privilege to meet such competent, polite and ambitious young people. They kept us informed throughout and we were happy to leave them unattended in our home.
Passmore's boast of its workers being conscientious, courteous and tidy was entirely borne out and I would unreservedly recommend them. (No, nothing in this for me apart from the delight of a job done very well by skilled people).

Passmore have come up with a brilliant system for the time poor or lazy! Julie was very friendly and helpful with the planning and design and it’s great to be able to see products in their showroom. Gary did my bathroom, everything ripped out and walk-in shower installed- very pleased with it.
Craig did my utility room and loo which was very tricky in a small space but it’s quite transformed. Never seen anybody work so hard and be so uncomplaining despite unexpected problems.
It’s wonderful to have everything sorted without having to micro-manage it yourself. Expensive but worth it to me.

After meeting several suppliers we decided to select Passmore Group for our bathroom renovation project. We knew that it was likely to include some tricky plumbing work in our old house and was further complicated by the necessity to complete a bathroom refit in a separate tenanted property within a very tight and specific 2 week window. We opted for Passmore although they were more expensive as they would manage all tradesmen and the whole project from design to completion. The project included 2 house bathrooms (different sites) an en-suite and a downstairs toilet and cloakroom.
The designer was attentive and patient during the design process until we were entirely satisfied, coming up with an innovative solution for us to retain a bath but add a walk in shower in our long and narrow house bathroom.
Designs were meticulously checked by the quantity surveyor and amendments discussed and agreed. The fitter was not only expert and very hard-working but a dream to have on-site for the best part of 3 months! We couldn’t speak more highly of him.
Although we had to wait a little from the originally suggested start date, it was a rational and agreed delay based on the availability of the skill requirements for the job.
3 months post completion, we are extremely happy with the result as are all our guests who have used our beautifully modern facilities!

We have now completed 3 projects with the Passmore Group. After being delighted with a total bathroom refit a couple of years ago we have now had full refits in our master bedroom and a downstairs cloakroom with sink and toilet. These two projects ran concurrently and because of the amazing design and project teams everything went really well, so seamless and co-ordinated. The main fitters in both rooms were a pleasure to have working in the house as were the other teams that did their part such as electricians and plasterer.
We would unhesitatingly recommend this company to anyone wanting a high quality, well planned and designed installation.

My mum an elderly lady had a wet room installed by Passmore Brothers. The work was at a very high standard from start to end.

Fitter Emil gutted the full bathroom on his own. He installed a wet room, flooring, tiling, sink and toilet.

The bathroom took 10 days, he was punctual and very hardworking. He was very tidy and organised. He cleaned up each day before leaving.

There was a language barrier as my mum didn't speak English but he was very empathetic and considerate.

Thank you Emil for being so kind and leaving the bathroom spotless after the job was done.

We have had a new bathroom suite fitted and Dean has been fantastic from start to finish. Work has been done to a very high standard and Dean showed extreme professionalism throughout.
Dean was reliable and always kept us updated about everything that he was doing. He was so professional that we couldn't even tell that he was in the house. Really really happy with everything, thank you so much Dean.

Before we started our bathroom project, we decided it was important that it was done to a high standard and that I wouldn’t be running around sorting plumbers, tilers and electricians. We both work long hours and previous experience has been rough. Lots of research led us to Passmore.
They were fabulous from start to finish. Not as expensive as I expected them to be, and with hind sight worth every penny.
Design process was painless with ideas we would never have thought of, plenty of measurements and surveys done so surprises were limited during the work.
There were issues during the work but our fitter, Lewis, sorted everything with no issue at all. We had two visits, or rather Lewis did, to check progress and make sure both he and we were happy.
Lewis was outstanding in his work. Clean and tidy throughout, friendly, hardworking, fixed everything that caused a challenge without any “come look at this” or “who put this in” nonsense.
Highly recommend this company.

It's been the best service from the get go! We had a new shower installed and soem work in the kitchen so not major reno but was still given the best customer service from Passmore's entire team. Julie contacted me after my initial enquiry and she is absolutely wonderful, she accomodated her visits according to my availability and expedited work as I am in my third trimester and soon to pop a baby. She is lovely and always prompt to respond to my queries. Rob then came for a secondary insepction once I accepted the quote and the work started exactly when promsied.
Martin then arrived on the day allocated for the work and he works like a machine, completed the work well before time. Very professional and protected all the surfaces taking care not to cause any damage to our property. He was very pleasant and works really hard.
Overall everyone involved went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience and the job was well done!!
Kudos to everyone in the team and thank you very much for everything.

Led by The Passmore Brothers this group employ staff & work force of the highest quality. The job they carried out for me was to renovate my bathroom & fit a walk in shower. In fact they gutted the whole bathroom and renewed everything including full tiling and new fans & flooring.

I have to single out my fitter, Vitalie for special praise for his exceptional skills who carried out all the work entirely on his own. Not only did he produce a first class job, he showed compassion to my health needs. He is the most tidy workman I have ever employed and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was good company and I actually missed his daily presence upon completion.

Finally I have nothing but high praise for the group & highly recommend Passmore to transform your home without breaking the bank. As a former self employed highly skilled tradesman I know the difference between quality work and bad workmanship & Passmore certainly fit in the high quality category. It has been a privilege to write this review so I have to close with a great big THANK YOU for an exceptional service to all concerned from day one to completion.

Passmore Building Department recently did a Extension on my Property building us a wetroom. Firstly I would like to thank all the hard workers for their amazing work on this build. Big thankyou to the whole team - Tony, Marshall, Olly, John, Chris (plasterer) and Chris ( sparky ) for everything they have done. I couldnt of met a better group of workmen. They was here daily, very prompt, always arrived bright and early and didn't waste no time to get on with the work. Everyone was polite, I was able to freely talk to them and if i had any questions or concerns, they was always dealt with. Thankyou for making me feel comfortable and at ease while you was working in my property. Everything was communicated to me throughout the whole process of what was going to be done on each day and the work was completed in the dedicated time frame they had given me even with some breaks. And WOW, the end result is just amazing, everytime I walk in the wetroom I just smile. They really did cover all angles and nothing was missed. I can't actually express how grateful I am to passmore building department for they're marvellous work. They succeeded my expectations. I'm one happy lady indeed and it was only right to give them the recognition they deserve. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting work done :) Thankyou again

A few years ago Passmores installed our bathroom with which we were delighted and indeed still are.
Over the last 12 months or so we decided to have a new kitchen and called upon the expertise of Passmores again.
Julie was full of ideas, visited us and chatted with my wife over what she would like and very efficiently translated all that into a design with which we were delighted. Nigel advised us on a new heating/water system which would best suit our purposes. Throughout this initial discussion and negotiation there wasn’t a hint of being pushed or rushed. The knowledge and experience of these two people was immediately apparent.
Every tradesman who set foot on our property was a delight to deal with, professional, timely, hardworking and above all understanding that they were in our HOME. They were all tidy and swept up at the end of the day.
Jason and Dave Pearson soon had the old kitchen out and the wall removed. Connor and Ryan had the old boiler and tanks out, sorted out the pipework and the new boiler in within a day! James the electrician had the rewire sorted and new lighting systems planned, Dave (yes, another Dave!) the plasterer was impressive on his stilts.
We have to thank Dave Pearson who for the vast amount of time he laboured installing our new kitchen, dining room roof and Velux. He planned every action, measured and re-measured to the extent his accuracy, neatness, experience and attention to detail plus his many ideas proffered were exemplary. He lay the flooring in a herringbone pattern which took time and it looks absolutely fabulous. His creative abilities in joinery in awkward areas is amazing along with his beautiful mitres which have been commented upon by our friends.
And finally, the whole project was managed by Rob who called in both at home from time to time, communication was excellent and any queries we raised (a handful) were dealt with promptly and professionally.
If only every company could mirror Passmores.

This company were retained to make changes to our bathroom and widening two oak doors, following my wife's fall resulting in spinal injuries, thereby becoming paraplegic.

The work was carried out to a high standard by Chris Black who, when it became apparent that there were no lintels, he Immediately sourced concrete lintols and installed them to our relief. In respect to the bathroom,
the finishing is first class. The only comment was that the whole floor did not fall slightly to the shower area, due to the retention of our WC which controlled the levels. It was a good relationship working with Chris.
When we discovered rotting timbers in part of the floor and the adjoining partition, Chris made a good job of repairing both without reference, again to our relief. Altogether a great combination of skills.

Mick did a great job on my father in law's wet room he was on time very tidy and cleaned up would highly recommend the last day he stayed untill after 7.30pm to finish the job well pleased with the work thanks
