Had my kitchen completely ripped out, plumbing and electrics relocated, partial replastering, and units and flooring installed. Julie did a great job of the design, Rob managed the project efficiently and Craig's workmanship and level of detail was very high.

Second time of using passmore and it won’t be the last time

This time we had the ensuit designed and fitted after we already had the under stairs toilet fitted

Can’t recommend passmore enough from design with Simon to visiting the show room then having the fitters come and do the job this time for the ensuit we had Ben who was fantastic very nice guy and did a great job all the staff at passmore have been fantastic really nice and helpful

We will be asking passmore to come back in the future to do the master bathroom and requesting Ben again

Recently purchased a new kitchen from Passmore at Leeds. The whole experience, from the initial sales process with Julie, through to the expert fitting from skilled craftsmen Andy & Sam, was smooth and professional. Very pleased with the end result, and would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Having employed Passmore earlier in 2023 for an ensuite replacement at our house, we had no hesitation in engaging with them once more when contemplating a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom refurbishment of an apartment purchased by my 85-year-old parents.
Julie the Senior Designer creates a fantastic blend between bringing her wealth of experience and acute design eye with the ability to take well intentioned ideas from clients and fusing the two into a practical and thoroughly desirable outcome. This project was made more testing by the fact that the ultimate customers had not seen the property prior to purchase, could not be directly involved in the design discussions and with the need to downsize the design challenge was a mixture of an imperative to maximise use of space and storage whilst incorporating accessibility into the design whilst avoiding the care home look. The inevitable resultant design iterations honed to the preferred design and Julie was patience itself as design feedback was received by the ultimate customers and fed into the design brief.
By moving two internal walls it was possible to accommodate the required super king-sized bed and a fully functional step-free shower ensuite into the space available. Particular design consideration was given to lighting to ensure the space in both bedroom and ensuite were capable of being fully lit to maximise safety and the feeling of space yet flexible enough to create a cosy atmosphere to read or watch television by. Additional nighttime lighting was also brought to bear to ensure night time visits to the toilet could be subtly lit to allow quick sleep yet safe passage.
Storage was maximised in the bedroom by the addition of floor to ceiling cupboards on two walls which were sympathetically designed to avoid the hemmed in feeling that such a storage solution could lead to in a smaller space. Subtle mobility aids were present in both rooms (attractive grab handles, wet room non step design and tasteful shower seating area) leading to a modern and stylish “EnsuiSpa” finish!
The second bathroom was modified to allow for a second shower, toilet and a utility aspect including fully plumbed washing machine and tumble drier and Butler sink. Again, consideration was given to appropriate mobility aids and the resultant “UtiliSpa” is both stunning and functional with ample storage space a key design deliverable.
Passmore are one of the few companies that offer a full tailored solution to kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms and they took care of everything from design, procurement, planning, install (including project management supervision) for all trades who all work under the Passmore umbrella ensuring they take responsibility for all aspects of the work. The only area they do not offer is decorating (though we use an excellent decorator called Lewis Jackson of LJ Decorators – so feel free to ask Julie for his details if you proceed with a project with these guys).

Dan worked hard from a planning aspect to ensure that the project achieved the tight and non-negotiable timetable despite some staffing availability challenges whilst never compromising the quality of the result. Rob and Joe controlled the onsite project management and made sure we were always fully appraised of the plans.
The install itself was expertly executed by Darren and Andy for the bathroom install team, Dave the plasterer was very neat and precise, Martin expertly led the electrical team and added some excellent practical installation solutions to enhance useability and Jay was arguably the star of the show conducting many aspects of the bathroom work as well as owning the bedroom install. Literally nothing was too much trouble for Jay, and I cannot speak highly enough of his ability, friendliness, professionalism and desire to ensure customer satisfaction, an asset to the organisation!
The project was delivered on time and on budget and when the new owners finally saw the result on moving day it is fair to say they are delighted with the result. The fact that they already feel that their new apartment is now their new home is due on no small part to the expertise and dedication of the team at Passmore.

Just had our downstairs toilet refitted by Passmores. Our end to end experience has been excellent, from Julie's design to Martin's excellent fitting. Nothing has been too much trouble and several small changes have had to happen along the way. Julie put up with us dithering over tile choice. Martin has done everything willingly, cheerfully and to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend the company, the individuals and their whole service and attittude to customer experience.

Our entire experience from start to finish has been exceptional - from the builders arriving to start to knock walls down, to the final finishing touches, our Passmore experience has been fantastic. We are thrilled with our new kitchen space, it is more than we could have imagined and has transformed our home. Each and everyone of the team, has been so professional, trustworthy and the workmanship is of the highest standard - they said they would look after our home and they did, we never came home to a mess and they gave us regular updates on how it was all progressing. Passmore Group absolutely delivered for us and went over and above on many an occasion, we cannot thank them enough.

The two people who came were very efficient, pleasant and conscientious and did an excellent job installing my wet room. I can't praise them highly enough. It seemed as if we became friends by the time they finished. The room looks amazing and I am delighted with the work that has been done. Margaret Turner

We had our bathroom changed to a wet room.
Lawrence who carried out the work, did it to a very high standard.
He took pride in his work and we are over the moon with our wet room.
He discussed things with us as he did the work to make sure we were happy and he was very pleasant and polite.
We would highly recommend pass more and Lawrence for any kind of home improvement

We used Passmore to fit a small downstairs shower room at the end of September 2023. We are very happy with the outcome. The whole project was well-managed from the start. The main fitter, Tony, was a hard-working and extremely competent individual who completed the whole job on time and to a high standard. The company supervisor, Dave, kept an eye on the work over the 8 day period and returned at the end to ensure we were satisfied (which we were!) There was minimal mess and Tony cleaned up at the end of each day and took all waste away. I would not hesitate to use the Company again, knowing that I would be certain to get a professional, well managed job completed on time to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Despite a number of factors which emerged during the bathroom renovation the whole team worked to resolve them very satisfactorily .Graham worked unfazed through the changes and was polite ,pleasant and cheerful throughout .He arrived very promptly and worked hard all day despite having Covid during this time .Nothing was too much trouble .

We recently had a new bath/shower installed by the Passmore Group. We are thrilled at the result. The technician was excellent.
His name was Baz. He was friendly and cheerful at all times, always on time and worked steadily throughout the day.
The bath shower was fitted, tiling done, a new light was fitted and new flooring. All to an exceptionally high standard. I highly recommend this Company.
It is so refreshing to deal with a company who honours their promise of a high standard of work.
Who phones or calls when they say they will and who follows up on the work done to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Just had my new bathroom completed by Passmore bathrooms and I am absolutely delighted with the finished result.The whole journey from initial contact through to design and installation was first class.All staff that I have dealt with have been very helpful and professional.Phil our fitter was amazing,he arrived early every morning and left every clean and tidy when he left .He is a credit to the company.No big jobs come without little problems ,but these have been sorted very quickly in a professional manner.when I first signed up for this project I was very nervous about the price ,but having seen the hard work and planning that goes into these projects it understandably worthwhile.Thankyou very much patricia sneddon

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ben the fitter was pleasant throughout and always went above and beyond even looking after my mum when she fell ill and was rushed to hospital. Hayden came to do plastering and again no complaints job was top notch and Kirk the electrician absolutely spot on even fixing an issue with light switch. The bathroom is even better than i had imagined and my mum whos now wheelchair bound cannot wait to use it. Has a real family feel which is hard to find. No complaints at all and would recommend this company to anyone

Had a kitchen fitted by the Passmore group leeds,a pleasure from start to finish,from planning to completion they are very professional and nothing is too much trouble,I am disabled and now my kitchen is fully accessible for me I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Easy to use - design, shop and installation team all under one roof.

In an age where finding tradespeople etc is very hard this was an easy, if not more expensive way to get a bathroom.

The bathroom was great. Few delays on the installation was frustrating but it all came together in the end.
Customer service were responsive and had good communications.

We love the final outcome.
They also fixed a minor problem without any fuss, which is the main reason they get 5stars, as some companies forget about you after they have the money.
