Great plants and pots well packaged arrived on time thank you

The plants are always top quality and the information given so the right plant is chosen in the first place is top notch. The aftercare support and instructions are excellent too. Even when the delivery driver had managed to break the pot, it was replaced within 48 hours. I have used them so often as gifts, particularly housewarming gifts. Although flowers are lovely, a plant and gorgeous pot last so much longer.

My plant arrived ok but quicky became poorly . Patch offered a replacement or a refund . I asked for a refund but then decided to buy a new one and try again . They then sent a replacement but was a smaller pot size. This plant then became very unwell. I was told then that I had to just let it recover . I tried to follow the care instructions as per their website but it has just not thrived and is still poorly . When I reached out to them about this I was sent a questionnaire as to how I cared for the plant. I replied with the level of care I gave the plant which was as per the details on the website and was then told I needed to care for it differently and that was it .
So I have spent a lot of money on a smaller plant than I originally ordered which looks very unhealthy . Oh and this plant was described as 'Easy Care ' So beware of reviews that sat plant arrived looking healthy as they don't always stay that way !

I have been a happy customer of Patch in the past but my last experience has left me very disappointed. After failing to deliver on an agreed date, we agreed a second date. In both cases, Patch let me down and the lack of communication was disgraceful. Arranging to be at home to take receipt of orders is not easy. On the second occasion I sent two emails requesting an order update but received no response from Patch. Order cancelled and refunded. Pretty poor customer service. What a shame.
