I was honestly a bit nervous about ordering houseplants online, fearing they’d arrive with snapped stems or soil everywhere, but Patch Plants totally proved me wrong. I ordered a Calathea and a snake plant for my home office, and the packaging was incredibly clever - totally plastic-free and kept the pots perfectly secure during transit.

The plants themselves looked exactly like the photos on the website, very healthy, green, and vibrant. One thing I really appreciate is the little care guide included in the box. As someone who usually struggles to keep plants alive, having clear, idiot-proof instructions on watering and light has been super helpful.

Amazing plants, amazing pots, amazing customer service that exceeded my expectations. They replaced a pot and plant without any questions asked in 2 separate deliveries because I couldnt spot both damages in time. You can argue they didnt really need to replace the plant too, but they did anyway. Hope this business thrives more financially in a world full of profit maximisation. Thanks Vera for your help. Excellent quality plant and ceramic pot. Everything incredibly well packaged - all recyclable. The pot is very, very heavy so if I had a suggestion, the weight would have been good to know but that does not affect my rating.

Easy to choose the correct plants for my house and also get plenty of advice about looking after them.
The delivery was fantastic and the plants were fantastically packed.

The choice of plants is an excellent, also never received one that is not as described. Great value for money on plants, the pots are a little expensive and can get equally good ones locally for a better price.

Wrong company

This is a really excellent company. The plants always arrive in fantastic packaging in excellent condition.
They are also concerned about the after-care of the plants and follow up with very helpful tips about watering and position of the plants.
I have tried other companies, but the after-care is not as good as this company. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a plant and a pot for Mother’s Day. My mum said it’s the nicest plant she’s ever received, and she’d recommend using this company again as the quality is great, and the packaging is exceptional. I haven’t seen it myself, but coming from her, this is glowing praise!
