Staff dealt with issue very well

It's was ok, got appointment next day, but its a Saturday appointment! Very unusual to get that day, and there was no option to change the day or time, luckly I could do this day and time, but what if I couldn't do it? Then what????, its feels so un-personal which I'm very unsure if I like this system, I do prefer to speak to someone because you can give more information etc. Let's see if this gets better...

Listened to well and explained matters well

Anima doesn't always recognize your symptoms as the questions are set by AI. I phoned the surgery and the receptionist was very helpful and did the form for me over the phone. I received an appointment straight away for the same afternoon.

Surgery is outstanding wish I moved from Langham place years ago. Extremely efficient, very prompt and excellent communication. Receptionist team are really kind, friendly and helpful. All the doctors Iv seen show compassion, understanding and empathy. Anima service is brilliant and the surgery always go above and beyond always. The care myself and my family receive is excellent. Thanks Greenview surgery for all you do.

I have been with this doctors for years now, and I’ve seen quite a few changes. This surgery has never been better. Dr. Ansari is THE best doctor I have ever had, the reception staff are incredible. They all go above and beyond to help you and make you feel listened to.

Dr. Ansari listens with compassion and doesn’t just get you out the door as quick as possible, he’s fantastic.

The surgery used anima and they are always very quick to get back to you and prescribe medication there and then if they can.
