Unrealistic shipping date. When I called the day after the cushions were due to arrive I was told I'd hear back in 8 - 12 hours. I did not. Called again the next day and was told 3-5 more days of production time. Called again a week later and was told the order was held up in Quality control. Clearly a call center in India and no clear answers. I'll try again in another week and if I get the same kind of answer, I'll go through the difficult process of cancelling my custom order. Maybe the cushions will be great but I'm already frustrated with customer service so if there's an issue when they finally arrive, who knows how that will go.

One order never showed up. The other order was produced incorrectly. I have called customer service twice. The people who answered the calls were unable to do anything other than to tell me that someone would call me back. They said “within four hours.” I’m still waiting. Very poor experience in every way.

Deceiving shipping time. After completing my order on April 19th, I was notified that it would arrive on May 5th. That day came and went. No update from the company. It was eventually shipped on May 9th, with the email still saying expected delivery of May 5th. I received no notification nor apology for the delay. The fabric on the back of one of the cushions have a bunch of loose threads sticking out of it, with the corners looking worn out. Does this company have a Quality Assurance department?

I ordered replacement cushions but didn't realize that they would ship from India. At first I was skeptical my order would arrive in a timely fashion. However, although delayed about a week - the cushions arrived in perfect condition. I was very happy to receive them.

The cushions seem to be well made and true to size. They look great on our patio couches!
The only concern we had was getting little communication while they were being made, and when they would be shipped. The website was not helpful with that. But they did arrive in a reasonable time and look great.

The stuffing in the bench cushion was so tightly packed and crooked that we had to take it out and remove the outside stuffing around the foam and reinsert it in the cover. A little baggy but at least now it is aligned. A lot of work

Was supposed to hear back within two hours. Several days later and still no response.

Good quality reasonable price for brand, fast delivery

I ordered 3 very expensive custom seat cushions for our outdoor furniture. The quality was terrible. The stitching was coming apart, the seams not straight and the foam inserts weren't 'all squared/ bullnose' as I ordered (instead they came pinched + pointy - not a great look). When I contacted customer service to complain, they were delayed in getting back to me and then tried to gaslight me by telling me that what I ordered was what I got. What? When I responded to provide more detail about the quality issues, they stopped communicating and dropped the ball. I haven't heard from them since. Terrible customer service and product. Now I am stuck with poor quality seat cushions that cost $500 and look terrible.

Good solid product, sent within a reasonable time

Patio HQ had outdoor cushions in the sizes and colors that no one else had. The price also seemed reasonable compared to other national chains.
The cushions I received are beautiful and very well made. Ordering was easy as well

Cushions are badly made I would be embarrassed by putting them in my home
Seams are very crooked, won’t sit flat bowed, fabric doesn’t cover zippers, corners are uneven.
I can’t believe they sat in their review phase two days and still sent them out
Unbelievable no quality the should be ashamed to send them out as they are

The cushions are a good density. The Sunbrella fabric mostly fits well, except a few covers are a bit loose.

I got the back cushion but it’s not the measurements I provided. It’s too small for the chair back. I have tried to call CS on several occasions even before I placed the order but sat on hold for at least an hour or more waiting. Not sure if I want to try this again or try another company. Very disappointing.

After multiple inquiries about my second pillow cover with no response. Still have not received, I then asked to cancel the item. No response.

We ordered custom cushions weeks ago and were supposed to receive them weeks ago. Customer service provides next to no help and our delivery date keeps getting pushed back with no answers as to why or when we will receive them. They’ve actually lied to us multiple times, once even telling us it had already shipped. They have also multiple times “I can see it’s shipping tomorrow” only to get delayed again indefinitely. Spent a couple thousand dollars on this purchase. Highly highly recommend avoiding this company.

Easy website to manage to create your own customized cushions. Quick turn around and the quality is excellent. I have referred PatioHQ to several of my friends!!

I ordered two custom cushions and tried to contact them for information about the filling and delivery. I never heard anything. The call stayed on hold and the chat wasn’t functioning. I don’t think this is a real business and have no idea how to get my money back.

I have contacted Patio HQ as the fabric in cushions sent is too tight and the they dont look right and they havent contacted me back. This cushions as they are now are no good and look bad. I may have to order somewhere else.

I wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering from this company. They (reviews) seem to accurately reflect a theme. My order was due to arrive today, but did not ship. After a lengthy wait on hold (with the grammatically challenged recording noted by other reviewers), I got someone who told me they had "unusually high orders" but had to check on the status of my order, and they'd get back to me (within 8 to 12 hours). I then got an email that my order (totaling approximatley $1500) was moved to "on hold" with conflicting status info and a request to contact them to proceed. Since then, no success in contacting them. If I manage to get a favorable resolution, I will post here. But at this time my advice would be to not order from this company.
