The experience transfering my IRA was quick and easy.I thought the prices were fair and everyone I delt with was professional and easy to talk to.

I contacted Patriot because I really wanted to add Gold and Silver to my portfolio. I have a speech disability due to a previous medical issue. On my initial call I was placed in contact with their sales executive Jacob. He worked with me, and took the time to focus on my vocal challenges. When I asked questions, he did an outstanding job of explaining the transfer (rollover) process from a previous 401K into physical Gold and Silver. He made some recommendations on what to purchase and when I made the transfer, Jacob guided me right through the application and paperwork.
