Karen helped with lots of advice regarding speed camera legislation, which resolved my dilemma

I called these guys after getting another speeding ticket. Karen answered the phone and immediately took control of the situation. Her guidance was top drawer and her initial assessment really put my mind at ease, and the advice was FREE. When the time comes I will be using this firm to represent me in court.

Whilst the staff are very friendly, attentive, and mean well. I found the case was under prepared for and not adequately advised on the first attempt
Upon appeal, it was better prepared, but only due to the barrister they appointed
I found the advice they provided to be pretty bog standard with as mention, little attempt to prepare well in advance

The company is very good at keeping up with a situation, calling and emailing back multiple times. Even when i was not able to call them back they held a conversation over email providing thorough details throughout the situation. They would also email in a very timely manner.
