Having received a single justice procedure, I was filled with anxiety, stress and confusion as the evidence in the documentation did not marry with my alleged offence. I contacted Patterson Law for some free advice before making an uninformed decision that I didn't feel comfortable with. I was called back by Karen Parsons who once had all the information she needed went through every possible scenario with me from a legislative point of view which not only reduced my anxieties but enabled me to make a more informed decision. This was fast approaching my deadline and the end of the working day for Karen but assured me she will not leave the call until not only I was happy but she was also, which again put me further at ease. This isn't a gripe because of the advice given but a complaint on HOW it was given. I'm 65 years of age and I felt like a 2 year old after speaking to these people! I would not reccomend this firm to anybody!

After returning my Motability vehicle on 31st March 2025, I was surprised to receive a Notice of Intended Prosecution from Wiltshire Police relating to a speeding offence that occurred after I no longer had the car. I rang first for advise. I got given free advice and got told from what I have informed them with I would have a good case and they told me the reasons why. This was first from Hannah. I told her my financial situation and she told me it is possible to pay in two half's. Once my payment had been paid I was given a solicitor who would be dealing with my case from the beginning all the way through. Ashliegh was brilliant. She was quick at responding, and was always happy to talk in any type of method. I felt like she always had time for me, relaxed me with my nerves and gave me an honest opnion throughout the whole case. I stayed not guilty and my case got dropped less than 12 hours before my court date. Ashliegh helped to get some of my money back.

I needed a simple question answered in relation to a speeding offence.
I Googled and found a firm who apparently offer free advice and get to you within 24 hours, sounds to good to be true really.

Fake Reviews -

It seems like TP can be compromised with fake reviews too.

I seriously doubt an overwhelming majority of former clients are anywhere near 90%, let alone more.

Maybe if you look at how all the positive reviews are written, a pattern can be detected which resembles copy and paste - or close to this with A.I.

Great lead up service and mentoring prior to my traffic speeding case
I didn’t actually use Patterson Law as I couldn’t afford the charges and they wouldn’t agree to a payment plan but the info I was given was excellent and enabled me to represent myself and keep my licence

Patterson Law were extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They kept in contact with me regularly for updates and always got in touch when they said they would

I used this law firm to represent me for a totting-up ban, aiming to present an exceptional hardship case. From the start, I was told I had a strong chance of avoiding a ban based on my circumstances. I paid £1,400 for their services, expecting thorough preparation and strong representation in court.

Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I was promised. The barrister they sent to court was unprepared, did a poor job of presenting my case, and failed to communicate my key points clearly. As a result, I received a 12-month driving ban and a £1,200 fine—despite being assured that I had a very good chance of avoiding this outcome.

I feel completely let down after investing time, trust, and a significant amount of money in a service that failed to deliver what it promised. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this firm, especially if you're relying on them for something as serious as keeping your licence.

Karen Parsons called me was extremely helpful and to the point, she asked me relative questions and outlined my way forward with clarity.
