Is there any point leaving a review probably not but on the off chance it helps one person that is at least something this compan Ly shouldn’t have a licence to trade as a debt collection agency as they have no idea what there doing extremely unprofessional and very I helpful they expect you to make more effort than simply make an arrangement you have to call them to do this and the reason is simple it’s in the hope you get frustrated then go into more debt and pay them in full that is there game it’s illegal but they haven’t been caught yet be aware using them

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is the worst service that I’ve ever had to deal with. WTF is ur company talking about trying to say legal action will be pushed against me in court but when I try and contact someone from here it is literally impossible. This company is a disgusting organization who doesn’t care about customers. I cannot wait till this goes to court so I can sue this company. Waiting for the payday 🤔😂😂😂if this company truly wants this situation right they would give me a sign in address or something. But non stop messages saying this will go to court I CANNOT WAIT. 🤤😍😶🌫️

Funny Enough...
Funny enough, AJJB were chasing me, and I paid in full, because they are persistent and I have to commend them for that.
Even more funny, if I were a business chasing unpaid debts then I most probably get AJJB Law onto them.
A very professional approach to debt collecting, the pre-court letters really do the trick, I mean, who wants to go to Court over an unpaid debt. Most don't!!

I was continually getting emails, post and text messages threatening further action from them even though I had already spoken with them and an arrangement was in place
I was continually getting emails and text messages from this company stating that with my debt they had issued a letter before claim! I had already been in contact with them to make arrangements on my account and was informed that any further correspondence about the letter before claim would stop! However even after they had said that I was still receiving emails and text messages and also post telling me that they had issued a letter before claim! Being disabled, in poor health and very vulnerable that the corespondents I still continued to received was very scary, worrying, stressful and very distressing for me as a single person with a small child who only receives benefits as an income now because I had to stop working as a trained neonatal intensive care nurse due to my poor health conditions. The company has no idea of what the continued corespondent has been like for me!! I think they should have training on how their actions affect people, especially vulnerable people and make sure that they ensure they keep to their policy that once an agreement is in place that they will be diligent and take action to prevent further contact stating worrying threats about action being taken when an agreement is already in place!
