I called today in panic needing to get 3 payments out to the vendor and Roxy, made so at ease.
She sent me an email, followed up and even connected to me through a shared screen/site. The customer service that was presented was great & her patience was amazing..

Roxy in Support was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and patient handling my payment issue.

There wase a problem with payment (2 months ) and at today we didn't receive back the money a very bad service , after 2 months was resolved today

I was having issues with payment, and Roxy was really patient to help me resolve the issue to get this paid. After being on the phone all morning with the airlines only Roxy was able to help me get this resolved.

PayCargo's system is extremely comprehensive in tracking my attempts to make a payment. Rudy was able to filter through and identify where I had made a mistake. The problem was resolved, and I am very grateful for his help.

Complete gentlemen to speak over the phone, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and got straight to the point. They should have more sales rep like him taking calls.
