Scam this company is a scam

Like majority people I am a plasma donor and feels the way this card is almost criminal because it feels very scam like. A fee just to check a balance? A fee for transaction being denied? That’s a shame you have people not wanting to donate because of the card alone I hope there’s a different company that comes along and does better

Absolutely pathetic. This is a perfect example of why our society is failing. It is pure greed. How are you going to charge me half a dollar every time my card gets declined? I tried adding the funds to my PayPal card and it got declined. I had no idea that it took away 50 cents every time. I made 19 other attempts totaling 20. That cost me $10! There is absolutely no justification for charging people for a declined card. Does it cost this company money every time a card is declined? No of course not. I'm shocked that they don't charge you to swipe the damn thing.

Garbage. Heavy fees.

I am so frustrated! I am putting in my time and body fluids to donate plasma. I am a college student and this is my side hustle. I just donated this morning and prior to donating I had .26 cents left. I checked my card to see if my funds had been loaded and I AM NEGATIVE 1.08!? HOW!?. I had no pending transactions. I am sick and tired of being gouged by this Card. I am the one doing all the work here. Declined card fees, sneaky ATM fees. I am over it! NEGATIVE stars!

This company is the biggest scammers and crooks. They chip at all your earned money in fees. Literally everything you do with this card has a fee. I no longer want to donate plasma because of this card. It's disgusting treatment for the time and energy we give as donors of plasma for people who need the medical help.

Honestly we should all come together and form a class action lawsuit against this company.

If I could give less than one, I would. They have hidden fees, and it costs $2.00 to transfer. If you go over that, trying to withdraw and it "declines," you then lose money. But they don't tell you the reason it does not work so it cost me money, and said, " Oh, it was on the envelope with the card." Hidden fees are ridiculous.

COMPLAINT: Wish there was a zero or .5 star or something. Their red Visa cards SUCK! There is zero protection! How can they let $400+ dollars of transactions without cancelling or preventing those charges from even becoming pending? Then they refuse to cancel pending transactions or block them. Freaking horrible that you have to then wait 3-5 business days not the weekend to even be allowed to complain and file dispute and then wait another 1-3weeks for your money back if they even decide they will give it back to you!!!! Even when you’ve never yourself used your card online or with weird merchants or independent sellers!! And no I shouldn’t have to use your stupid app that has low stars and even more risk cuz my info would be on there. This has happened multiple times when I’m saving that money up to pay bills

This is the absolute biggest scam I have ever had the displeasure of using. I wish you could give less than a one star because this company doesn’t even deserve that. They have so many hidden fees within this business model. It is absolutely diabolical. First off, you can’t purchase anything online with the card that you were given. On top of that they say you get one free ATM withdrawal with each donation, the caveat is that you can’t make a transaction before you go to the ATM. Don’t forget there’s a two dollar and 50 Cent fee just for reviewing your balance on the ATM. And if you view the balance before you withdraw, you just disqualified yourself from that free ATM transaction. But don’t worry, you can transfer your funds for only a dollar. But make sure that it is cash app Venmo, or PayPal. Oh you forgot to take the dollar off of the transfer amount, no worries you’ll only be charged 10% of whatever you were trying to transfer. Need to get gas? Don’t try to use it at the gas pump. You’ll be charged a decline fee and you have to go inside to use it. Oh, that store doesn’t accept this card? Another decline fee. Oh you didn’t know you got two decline fees before you went inside and got gas? Another decline fee. The fact that this is even a company and has so many reports and people complaining, and yet it still isn’t investigated to say everything you need to know. This really says a lot about the decline of our society.

They need a zero star button!! Paysign rip people off!! The people dont have a choice because they donate plasma and this card is issued to them. I had $50 loaded on it and a company tried taking $60 off of it over 10 times. Each time card is declined, it costs $1!!!! Then i go to use it thinking i had $50 and it was declined, so i entered a smaller amount and kept declining. I ended up with a balance of $30 and did not make one purchase!!!! Companies like this need to be reviewed and cease to exist

This company nickels and dimes you to death. If your money gets stolen from the card or have any issues with any of the process of getting your money don't even bother calling their customer service reps their policies are trash

They charge a$1 every time your card gets declined. You figure a company that want you donate plasma every week would have a better card for their donors.

They are scam robbing people of their money. There is no use giving your blood to a plasma center that uses paysign they take most of it. They need to be shut down

Absolutely zero customer service, they promise you to resolve issue and that's it.

Your cards are the absolute worst for hidden fees & all you're doing is ripping people off who have given their time & literal body fluids for Grifols & PaySign to make millions of dollars per year. I would argue these practices have an element of criminality to them & would not be surprised if I was emailed in the future to join a class action lawsuit against the company for shady card management. Fee after fee for things that don't make any sense other than to steal your money. $.55 for a decline? $1.25 to check your balance? $2.50 each time you withdraw after you make an initial purchase? What an exploitative racket. Worst card company. Ever.

I couldn't use the card even though I had funds on it. Each time it was declined the company charged a fee then they charged an inactive fee. Probably should be investigated.

Horrible company that should be banished and fed to hungry starving sharks on the Brazilian coast. My card won't connect to Paypal first of all. Second of all, it has been declined even when I had a balance and they charge you a decline fee regardless of if you actually had a balance or not. On top of that, if you try and call or contact them about ANYTHING they will NOT answer or respond back in any way. BANISH THEM

This is a horrible company to work with! I went to an ATM and did one transaction and it charged me 5 fees for five different transactions! I called PaySign and talked to numerous people and numerous supervisors trying to resolve this, but every single one told me there was nothing they could do! This company is bulls**t!!
