I have been using paystack to process transactions on my website since February 2022, they had it there as an option for E commerce to use their services. Then, by May 2022, they reached out that they were doing reviews and realised my website was E commerce and they said they don’t support E-commerce (physical products) platform. Fast forward, i was using paystack for digital products website, after 3 months again, they reached out that they don’t support remittance websites (when all i had on my website are digital products). They only have good office. They don’t care about your supporting Africans as they said. Do not use paystack if you want peace of mind with receiving payments on your website. They are not scam, but they have too many restrictions (which they won’t tell you before you register or immediately after you register).

Please I made a transfer for my passport payment online which paystack gives me a generate account number which was wema bank and I did pay and receive a debit alert and my passport portal said unpaid and I waited for 30 min still unpaid but when I use my ATM to make the payment online its was successful and also was debiterar the second time please how do I get my first debit payment to my bank bank .

My payments never fail on Paystack and I know that if it does, it won't go through anywhere else. Their support is also very responsive.

Paystack must actually be whack considering the bad reviews.. and the fact they answer these bad reviews months after it was posted... They don't care....

Please i need your help, i made a transaction on the 09/05/2022 through paystack to astropay. I didn't get value
for my payment in the amount of N200,000 TWICE total of 400,000 I went to my bank to complain they said no issues with them than I should contact pay stack over a month now they are just stressing me over my money and which I provided proof I didn’t get any value because AstroPay blocked me I never knew they were scam

Paystack is seamless and very easy to use. As a developer, the documentation is easy to understand and integration is seamless.

Don't ever use paystsck, they are scammers. Immediately you start getting paid by a lot of customers they will put your accoun payout on hold and start asking unnecessary questions and requesting for more documents about your business. I provided them with all these documents but instead of them giving me my payout they told me to hold on as they are verifying my documents. It's over a month now i still haven't head from them, i cant login into my account. I dont get replies from them anymore. They took my 2500 GH without even refunding my customers.

I have been using paystack as a merchant for my business. They have just closed my account without any notice. Prior to this they have not even sent me Any comunication to say something is wrong. And now they are refusing to pay me

There are a number of businesses that I have stopped using because they insist on directly me through this garbage payment gateway. What is wrong with cash or bank transfer?

I have made several payments via Paystack checkout page, and it has continuously been seamless and hassle-free. the one time I had an issue, I got my money back by following the instructions from their customer support agents. I have also integrated Paystack into several WordPress pages and websites, their woo-commerce plugin works exceptionally well.

As a merchant, the UI is pretty simple and relatable so I experienced little or no issues setting up. Receiving funds sent by my customers is also hitch free.
As a customer, I am sure my card details are safe and making payments to businesses is easy and fast.

As a customer to other Businesses on Paystack, I'm assured my card details are safe.

As a merchant, I use the Paystack's storefront feature and although it needs improvement, I sell seamlessly to my customers without needing to host a website.

The payment experience on Paystack is very seamless and fast too. I literally have had no issues whenever I've paid through Paystack. When I have to pay to an IG vendor and I see it's a Paystack payment link, nothing stops me from going right ahead with my payment. Even though these payments involve me entering my card details, there is never a hesitation from me because I know my card information will be secure. I'd recommend Paystack to any business owner anyday, anytime.

I have used Paystack to make payments to several businesses before and I have never had any issue with them. The one time my payment didn't go through, I got a refund the next day without even reaching out to their support. Because of the trust I had in them, I opened a business account with them and I got my money in my account very early the next day.
They are doing very well and I recommend them especially if you are a business owner.

Please do not sign up with these guys, they locked my money away for weeks, no response no what? Over 160k stolen by these guys. If you sign up you are definitely putting you and your business in troubles

SCAM ALERT FRAUD COMPANY
Paystack is a fraud company. They took payments from my customers kept it for weeks and closed my account without any tangible reason. All they care about is the amount they deduct from the payment made to them. DONT SIGN UP FOR PAYSTACK. Use flutterwave or DPO instead. Paystack company is a fraud company. SCAM ALERT BEWARE

Paystack is a bad company soon as things get stable they will be out of business they are worst than anything you can think of.. they are bullies and are worst than Nigeria government and Nigeria problem as a whole... Stay Away From Paystack if Possible

I informed them my email is been. Used on there service by fraudsters but they were not interested, they must be fraudsters themselves..

Uses customer service.

Although they delayed a bit in their response to my complaint about transaction error. Eventually, they responded in less than 48 hours and the issue was well resolved. Thank you Paystack.
