I’ve recently onboarded with PayStream and wanted to share my experience. The staff I spoke with were super helpful, and the whole process felt organised and professional. Within minutes I received clear, structured emails with all the information I needed, which made everything feel easy and showed genuine customer care.
The portal access process is intuitive with a clean UI, and I was taken through each option step-by-step to make sure I felt familiar and ready for my first working day. It’s exactly the smooth, modern experience I’d expect from an umbrella company — truly first class.

I have had a very positive experience…
I have had a very positive experience with Paystream. They have been professional, provided a reliable service, and delivered what was described in their product offering.
Their payment process has been very prompt, and I have also been impressed by how quickly they handled last-minute changes. On one occasion, they were able to accommodate a late change and still make the payment on the same day, which I really appreciated.
This level of service is not something I have always experienced with other umbrella providers. I would happily recommend Paystream to both new and experienced contractors looking for a professional and reliable umbrella company.
