Absolutely in love with the carpet! So soft and looks amazing. The gent that fitted it was professional and put the carpet down so fast. Overall fab experience. Highly recommend. Shall be getting the last 2 rooms sorted at a later date.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I went with this company to lay flooring down in my hallway they’ve used a big round transition strip/ threshold strip and now none of my doors are closing including my bathroom door. I reported it to the installer who kept saying he’d come round to fix it and didn’t, I then went directly to the company they told me to wait and they’ll have a word with the installer but it’s not there problem it’s mine.. They supplied the materials and should know that not everything fits other peoples houses as it’s different. Now I’m unable to close my doors due to their fault and they’re telling me to find my own carpenter to fix it. I don’t know how they can think it’s normal to not be able to close any bedroom doors let alone the bathroom door. More hassle than it’s worth and extremely rude staff that answer the phone, unprofessional and uneducated. Better off going to a proper company than dealing with these thieves.

The whole experience was brilliant from the rep that came out on the first visit to the carpet fitters who came today .
We are so pleased and again the carpet fitters were amazing and did a fantastic job . 5 star *

Unfortunately, my experience here with someone called Andy was very disappointing.

I found him to be quite rude and difficult to communicate with throughout the process. He refused to speak to me over the phone and would only send short, generic messages, which made it very difficult to understand how everything worked. Whenever I asked for a price quote, he wouldn’t provide one, and when we agreed on a date for the visit, he also refused to give me even an approximate arrival time.

When I asked why he couldn’t provide a time, he repeatedly said he worked from a route planner. I completely understand that tradespeople often have scheduled routes, but when I asked roughly where I would fit into that route or what part of the day I should expect him, he simply wouldn’t answer. Instead, he kept telling me he had “already explained the process.”

As someone who doesn’t know much about flooring, I was asking genuine questions because I wanted to understand what to expect. Rather than showing patience or taking a couple of minutes to explain things properly, I felt rushed and dismissed. His responses came across as abrupt and unhelpful.

Good customer service is about making customers feel comfortable asking questions, especially when they’re unfamiliar with the service they’re paying for. Sadly, that wasn’t my experience here, and because of the way I was treated, I definitely won’t be using his services
